Blizzard promises Constructed Balance Changes for next week, but for now here are a slew of Battlegrounds changes and other fixes, as well as a nerf to the speed at which the current Event can be completed.
Quote from BlizzardPatch 27.6.1 is a server-side patch going live today with the following updates:
Dev Comment: There are no Traditional Hearthstone balance changes in this patch. The reason is a bit technical, but the short of it is that the types of balance changes we’d want to make—and you’d want us to make—have to go into a different type of hotfix patch. We know that players are eager to see balance changes and are disappointed with the timeline they’re coming in, and we want you to know that they’re coming soon.
In fact, in light of the upcoming Masters Tour, we wanted to let you know that the balance hotfix is scheduled for next week, October 26. The main targets of that patch will be Yogg-Saron, Unleashed and Druid. Instead of our usual balance teaser and patch notes blog, we plan to get the changes finalized and the patch notes out on the forums as soon as possible, by early next week. We’re looking forward to seeing what you think of the upcoming changes, and what our competitors are able to come up with in the new meta.

Bug Fixes and Game Improvements
[General] Fixed a bug where Hallows End event quests were progressing too quickly.
[Hearthstone] Fixed the bug where the Control the Makers Anomaly would “activate” Amalgam of the Deep.
[Battlegrounds] Fixed a bug where Octosari, Wrap God caused desyncs and showed an extra tentacle for your opponent.
[Battlegrounds] Fixed a bug where discovering a minion from the Treasure Hoard Anomaly made stat-setting effects stop working (the Anomaly was also live early—it’ll be returned to the Anomaly Pool when it’s scheduled to go live).
[Battlegrounds] Fixed a bug where minions that set stats (like Uther the Lightbringer) worked incorrectly while Enhance-o Medico was in play.
[Battlegrounds] Fixed a bug where Murozond could, under certain circumstances, give a Golden minion instead of a plain copy.
[Battlegrounds] Fixed a bug where Alexstrasza’s Hero Power gave non-golden dragons when The Golden Arena Anomaly was active.
[Battlegrounds] Fixed a bug where Glaive Ricochet (Kurtrus’s Hero Power) did not give a copy of the Golden Monkey.
[Battlegrounds] Fixed a bug where the Elemental of Surprise’s enchantment showed a sheep in the enchantment banner. Surprise!
[Duels] Fixed a bug where Wilfred Fizzlebang would appear in some draft buckets. We’re not ready to behold the absolute power of Wilfred Fizzlebang!
[Cosmetics] Fixed a bug where Battlegrounds Heroes didn’t always display in alphabetical order in the Collection.

I wonder how they're gonna nerf Yogg Unleashed. Make its base cost 20? Change one of the ability?
Dont nerf yog just nerf druid
Oh THAT quest. I completely forgot about the smorc quest for some reason, yeah obviously seen those but how is Yogg the problem there? They literally have a card that you can run two of that completes one of the steps for 2 mana
Quest Druid plays mostly cheap spells and because of this Yogg becomes often a very cheap (often even 0 mana) mind control or board clear. And thats a problem, because it counters board based deck pretty hard: you neither can go wide nor you can go tall. Yogg counters both strategies, so board based decks are f***ed whatever they do.
They just sold diamond yogg with the golden miniset. Arguably the main reason people bought the golden version as opposed to the regular version. Is there a dust/runes/$ refund coming our way? I’m not saying I feel entitled to a refund, I’m saying they didn’t learn after the Drek’thar fiasco. Stop selling diamond cards, make them available to everyone.
What is this busted Druid deck that deserves so many nerfs?
Quest Druid in Wild.
What is its game plan? Literally never faced this deck surprisingly. Wish they hit dew process instead
Quest Druid is one of the best if not the best deck in Wild at the moment. New Yogg is part of the problem. But it is not the only problem. Quest Druid is often compared to Kingsbane Rogue - but with way more armor generation. Most of the time you can just smorc the enemy face, you don`t have to care much about the enemy board because of the big armor generation and meanwhile the quest finishes by itself.
Originally, it was Tony Druid in Standard, until they temp banned The Jailer. All the Druids did was cut Tony, King of Piracy and The Jailer and continue dominating Standard.
The core of Druid cards in Standard right now, paired with Prison Breaker and Yogg-Saron, Unleashed, is extremely difficult to break.
Does a class had 3 nerf in 1 expension before ?
I assume you mean "3 times it was nerfed," rather than "3 cards nerfed" because we've had some single balance passes which achieve just that.
There are some instances of 3 nerfs to one class in an expansion, but those are rather uncommon. Ashes of Outland Demon Hunter was nerfed on 4 separate occasions though, which is the most nerfs one class got in a single expansion.
Forgetting Demon Hunter? When Demon Hunter first came out it made every deck obsolete. The meta of Ashes of Outland was “which deck can defeat Demon Hunter.” DH’s decks had a 70% winrate with them
Blizzard had to implement emergency balance patches outside of the normal schedule to deal with the problem but it wasn’t enough. During Ashes of Outland Demon Hunter got nerfs four times, one of the balance patches only touching DH, no other classes. It was a mess, but fortunately a mess that got cleaned up, and they learned their lesson with how not to implement a new class come time for Death Knight’s launch
Does anyone have the date of masters tour November? Could find it online.
Yeay, more Druid nerfs!
Sadly, Yogg too, but deserved.
