well, after the mini set hits this week, 95% of all priest decks in standard will be aggro undead shadow.

this is what I hate about this game....

they only create cards for the most dominant decks.

they are not even trying to innovate...they just fuel up what works/worked. so sad.

you feel like you are just being used.

Well maybe this at least makes 40-card shadow control deck viable...

Was the 2 damage to the enemy hero really necessary? At least it's a nice RNG card you would expect from a Yogg-Saron mini-set. But I have to say that I don't like the idea of playing "Face Priest". To me it feels like Orion Mansion Manager in Mage where it's kind of cool, but when it works out it's way too good and ends games too quickly. For the latter it really should be only +2 Health and with Soulburner Varia how about also +1 Health to make it more likely to stick around. Although at least with this one I get the idea that "Shadow Priest" is supposed to be aggressive and whatnot. I mean it's "Soulburner" Varia so it also makes sense for the flavor/theme of the card. So overall I'd say one of the better (more fun) cards in the mini-set for sure.

Is that even good for Shadow Priest? The stats are so awful and by trading you're not going face. Random Shadow Spells is also unlikely to be very good. It's also a total dead draw if you don't have board control.

This card is the prime example of just how creatively bankrupt team Hearthstone really is .

God shutup lol. This last set was great and super creative. 

People always say this kind of stupid response, but don't actually cite any relevant points of reference. 

It's like MTG releasing the Lord of the Rings set "gOsH, tHiS iS tHe pRiMe eXaMpLe..." because they utilized another universe instead of creating cards from scratch, even though the set was very well received.

Yay shadow priest is back...

2 mana spell is cool

I'm not going to say that I'm disappointed with this Mini-set.

But.

If I made a Top 9 of my Favorite Mini-set, this one wouldn't be in the first 6 positions.
