Hearthpwn

Tainted Remnant is decent to conditionally good. Void Scripture is mostly good. Meddlesome Servant is rather underwhelming - Arcane Intellect, Wisdom of Norgannon, even Multicaster are all better options.

Not liking more support for Rainbow / Slot Machine Mage aside, these are halfway decent cards.

Why did Hearthstone release a card with a repeated and weak effect?! Is there any point in releasing this card?? Since every mage deck in standard mode will use: Wisdom of Norgannon (it will cost ZERO mana). The head designer of Hearthstone is incompetent!

because this is just an excuse to make money and keep the players playing.

like 5 years ago there was no mini set.

the new expansion came and you had to wait 4 long months for new exp.

imagine 4 tedious months with the same net deck crap?

then some dev/ actigreed executive had an idea....

problem solved.

now each 2 months they will make a mini set to "refresh" the meta. but its just a lie. the game is the same.

they are just putting more logs on the fire. nothing changed.

Arcane hunter, shadow mage what's next? Holy warlock or fire dk?

Servant is great, though Mage already has so many options when it comes to drawing that I can't be sure if this will see play.

Scripture looks great, as with most forms of mana cheating.

Remnant could be good, but I have a hunch that Elemental Mage still won't be a thing.

Elemental Mage definitely feel like it needs more support, but I love a good elemental deck. Hopefully they push it more next expansion. 

Well, at least one that is somewhat fun - Void Scripture. Although it's basically just a "mana cheat" card and otherwise nothing special. The other cards of course are just the usual boring competitive stuff.

Most importantly though: No Chaotic Tendril generators! For the class that prominently features Yogg Mage! Really? I guess I have rely on the neutral options. I was really hoping on a spell that added a Chaotic Tendril to your hand. Imagine that in the pool with all the random spell generation in Mage! But maybe also too strong because of Rewind and whatnot. Oh well. I guess "Yogg Mage, Unleashed" might not be that great of a deck then. But I mean maybe that's a good thing. I don't like all those crazy OP decks anyway. It's why I like Yogg Mage more than for example Thief Rogue with all the broken stuff you can do with that deck.

Pretty nutty that you just get a free 3/4 when playing arcane intellect. The 5 spells cast restriction doesn't take long to fulfil at all.
