A server side hotfix patch went out with Battlegrounds balance changes and some bug fixes. Read the details below!

Battlegrounds Updates
Armor Changes
The following heroes now have less armor:
- Millhouse Manastorm now has 5 Armor at higher levels, still has 10 Armor at lower levels.
- Shudderwock and E.T.C., Band Manager now have 6 Armor at higher levels, but have 10 Armor at lower levels.
- Lich Baz’hial now has 7 Armor.
- Silas Darkmoon now has 10 Armor.
- Mutanus the Devourer now has 10 Armor at higher levels, still has 10 Armor at lower levels.
- Rock Master Voone now has 10 Armor at higher levels, but have 15 Armor at lower levels.
- Tess Greymane now has 14 Armor.
The following heroes now have more armor:
- Ysera now has 10 Armor at higher levels, still has 5 Armor at lower levels.
- Shudderwock and E.T.C. Band Manager now have 10 Armor at lower levels, but have 6 Armor at higher levels.
- Elise Starseeker now has 13 Armor.
- Varden Dawngrasp, Malygos, and Alexstrasza now have 14 Armor.
- Maiev Shadowsong now has 14 Armor at higher levels, still has 18 Armor at lower levels.
- Fungalmancer Flurgl and Professor Purtricide now have 15 Armor.
- Rock Master Voone now has 15 Armor at lower levels, but has 10 Armor at higher levels.
- Jandice Barov and Queen Azshara now have 16 Armor.
- Y’Shaarj now has 17 Armor.
- Pyramad, Rakanishu, Captain Eudora, Dancin’ Deryl, and Skycap’n Kragg now have 18 Armor.
- Ragnaros the Firelord now has 18 Armor at higher levels and 13 Armor at lower levels.
- Lord Jaraxxus now has 19 Armor at higher levels, still has 10 Armor at lower levels.
- King Mukla and The Curator now have 20 Armor.
Note that Shudderwock, E.T.C. Band Manager, and Rock Master Voone all now have less Armor at higher levels, but more Armor at lower levels.
Bug Fixes and Game Improvements
- [Battlegrounds] Fixed a bug where Buddies that Refresh the board could be triggered in combat by Rylak Metalhead.
- [Battlegrounds] Fixed an interaction that would allow for infinite Sinrunner Blanchy Reborns.
- [Duels] Fixed a bug where the Ring of Black Ice Treasure reduced the cost of cards for only one turn.
- [Duels] Fixed a bug where Death Knight buckets could contain cards from illegal Runes.
- [Duels] Fixed a bug where Moonbeast would not reduce Core Set Solar and Lunar Eclipse cards.
- [Progression] Fixed a bug where the “What’s All the Buzz About?” achievement would not track.
While the new bg meta feels fresh, certain cards are so strong that they make the tribe rely on getting those cards. Example the naga that copies your first spellcraft spell combined with the deep sea blues. Without them naga is unplayable. The fact that cards are not in balance with each other reduces the decision making significantly. When I saw a post about balancing i expected some card changes, not just armor tiers...
They really should dump the armor thing and just balance the heroes outside it. The armor values get adjusted every week, it's obvious that it isn't working with this many constant changes needed. The only thing armor does is maybe allows the shit heroes to lose a turn slower, but they still die nonetheless. Make the player experience more enjoyable instead of dragging out their death because of poor hero choices.
Also surprised there are no changes to the blindingly broken stuff, like banana slamma, tripled upbeat upstart, and rylak.
They must have increased turn timers too in BGs. This is brutally slow.
