The Festival of Legends has rocked on. And on... And on. For weeks! The local Grimtotem Tauren can’t sleep, they can’t think, and they have had enough! Now, they want to destroy all music to make sure this never happens again. This could be the end of music on Azeroth; this is the Audiopocalypse!
Audiopocalypse, launching on May 31, consists of 38 new cards: 4 Legendary cards, 1 Epic card, 17 Rare cards, and 16 common cards. Those new cards can either be opened in Festival of Legends packs or purchased as a complete 72-card set.* Normal versions of the Mini-Set can be purchased for $14.99 or 2000 Gold. The all-Golden version can be purchased for $69.99 or 10,000 Gold. The Golden Mini-Set option also includes a bonus Diamond Legendary!
* Includes one copy of each Legendary card and two copies of each other card.
The Fate of all Music is in Your Hands... and Decks!
E.T.C. is rallying the Festival of Legends lineup to work together in new and exciting ways to defeat the Grimtotems’ deafening assault. Explore genre-bending sounds with new dual-class combinations and freestyle with new Remixed cards that change each turn. This Mini-Set is full of new instruments to explore in your compositions.
Check out the official Hearthstone Card Library for a full reveal calendar as the beats, and the new cards, drop.
do you guys know if the mini set cards show up in packs?
They do, but the 2000 gold for all of them is a better deal if you can afford it.
Thanks. I am basically asking because I have a ton of dust and very little gold. I will probably open non-legs in packs and then only craft the necessary legendaries.
Did Blizzard hire a new staff member or something its 2023 and we finally got an expansion mini-set that synergises with archtype builds, had to double check it wasn't an april fools prank.
Normally the mini sets are couple a decent neutral cards and a big bag or Meh for every class that does nothing to help anyone with building archtypes like Combo rogue, Deathrattle Hunter, Totem Shaman.
correct me if im wrong, but with the launch of the miniset:
- active arena runs are finished and you get your rewards, so start a new run and play to 2 losses and profit;
- active duels runs are finished and you get your rewards, so start a new run and play to 2 losses and profit;
what else that we should keep in mind, and did i have something wrong?
Couldn't help but notice Abyssal Bassist gets discounted for each weapon equipped, meaning cards like Sword Eater, Sunfire Smithing and even Remornia, Living Blade should work with it. Manacheat minions are also notably good in Blackrock decks since it gains stats based on their original cost, it being another tribe for Voone to copy isn't bad either.
Hard to judge Fork. It might be too inconsistent.
Fel and Flames seems pretty good. DH has no trouble refilling their hand.
Bassist should be excellent in Warrior, though I don't think it's much better than other options at the moment.
Petition to add Fire elemental to that dual class Fel Spell. If minions can have two tribes, why not spell?
The lifesteal taunt seems good with blackrock n' roll. Pretty consistent to play turn6 11/14 with last stand or turn7 22/28 with last stand.
This is hard to do as Fel is already a Fire energy in WoW.
Ever heard of Felfire?
It's a card, just add ''fire'' text to it, pretty easy to do.
Doesn't really make sense with how magic works in the Warcraft universe. Not to say they couldn't do dual-school magics but Fel magic is inherently characterized by green fire and lava. It's a form of demonic magic which represents the cosmic force of chaos.
A Fel + Fire spell would be one that is using both chaotic fel magic (green fire) and elemental fire magic (regular fire) at the same time.
"Frostfire" exists in WoW canon, which is Ice and Fire mixed into one. Which seems contradictory, but here we are. I agree that Fire should be added to the card's spell class.
Abyssal seems strong.Turn 7 Last Stand +Abyssal Bassist + Through Fel and Flames = 9/15 rush taunt lifesteal for 5 or 3 mana depends on how many weapons u played but also
turn 2 Remixed Tuning Fork when it's 4/2 , turn 3 Weapons Expert = 5/3 weapon and 3/2 body or 3/3 cleave weapon with Expert, weapon is really nice - extrimly versatile
That's quite an underwhelming 3 card late game combo.
Answer me this Abyssal Bassist wording is Equipped this game so does that work with Remornia, Living Blade and Sword Eater Because if these also count to apply the discount that is going to be bonkers.
I always get confused on them wordings played and summoned so figured I'd just ask you since you seem to be a fellow Taunt warrior fan.
Through Fel and Flames will see play in DH for sure, even without the +1 it's a free bonus swing with s'theno.
The rest I could take or leave, though the tuning fork has some potential (its just too inconsistent for the ideal effect to be active when you might need it)
"are we the baddies"
Oh boy! Weapon support for warrior! Wouldn't be a new card release if warrior didn't get a new archetype that will never see support again!
Warrior already has a metric ton of weapon support. It mainly la k's good early game weapons.
Which tuning fork kinda is? Sorta.
