Bodycount1 posted a message on Wild meta is ******** lmfao, thanks a lot blizztard!Posted in: Wild FormatIf what you say is true and you're only facing those two decks, then it should be easy to counter them with something that beats both and shoot your way up to legend in a day.
Or you can keep complaining while you play the same deck that keeps losing.

Shadowrisen posted a message on The E.T.C god of metal / broom warrior is buggedPosted in: General DiscussionI love how people will insist they are correct in the face of irrefutable proof to the contrary. You're trying to come at this ass backwards. Does ETC trigger when a minion attacks after being given rush by broom? Then obviously, that minion has rush for the purposes of ETC. What other possible criteria could there be to settle the question?
Completely independent from the obvious FACT that ETC triggers from broom'ed minions, where in the world did we get the idea that the minions with "rush" printed in the card text make up a closed set of all minions that can ever be "rush minions"? I mean, we certainly don't consider minions with a natural 5 attack of being the ONLY minions that can ever have 5 attack. And yet, if a Devout Pupil gets Libram of Wisdom cast on it and subsequently is targeted by Shadow Word: Death, are you really going to be outraged that Devout Pupil isn't a REAL 5 or more attack creature. It's an imposter!
Of course not. This discussion is ridiculous.

RYE42 posted a message on Servant of Yogg-Saron Tryouts is This Week's Tavern BrawlPosted in: NewsYou obviously missed his point.
It's irrelevant how easily you can win (or lose), problem is how RNG-reliant is it? And, oh boy, it's super-RNG, clown fiesta.
And I know the weekly reply „hey, it's tavern brawl, it's meant to be a light mode” -- and yeah, that's right to some extent. But then again so is the ladder... and has been for quite some while. But even tho it might be fun sometimes, it doesnt mean it's ok. And the amount of randomness is overwhelming at this point.
I get it that it's just a brawl, but player agency should be greater than simply tossing a coin.

This makes no sense.
"I can tell you with full confidence that Gucci is cheap, except it's expensive when compared to other brands."
It's a game entirely based in a competitive field of play. A class is only as good as its performance against other classes. Your statements assume a non-existent vacuum.

You young whippersnappers complain about everything. Back in my day, we only had nine deck slots. NINE!

It also takes them the same amount of time to play each card, if that makes sense. Humans hover over their options, sometimes drag a card out to the battlefield and then bring it back to their hand; bots will never do this.

Maybe play on a touch-screen? That allows you to interact more closely with the cards cause you actually have to touch them that way. But just a fair warning, they still will not feel like cards, mostly just like a cold piece of glass.
I am bullying you? I'm sorry. I don't think I understand the problem you're having. To make it feel more like a card game you have to create an environment where people would play cards. Maybe if instead of a desk you started playing on a felt-top, like the ones they make for poker? Just trying to help.

Oh, sorry. It's because you are drinking coffee and watching TV. You cannot do this while playing card games like Uno or Solitaire. I'd recommend switching to 2% milk or perhaps ginger ale, and turning the TV volume down so it's less distracting.

If you look closely you will notice that there are no cards, only digital renderings on a computer screen. I noticed this weeks ago.

You think that's bad? I've been hit for lethal in Battlegrounds on a 2.5%, a 1.9%, and a 1.5% since the update. Blizzard is still mad about that YouTube comment I made on one of Trump's videos six years ago. Unbelievable.
