1. There are different card sets in Hearthstone. For example, if you go in the shop, you can see that there Rise of Shadows card packs, The Boomsday Project card packs, etc.
2. Currently there are three "formats" in HS: Standard, Wild and Arena. Each one allows you to play with cards from a different subset of the existing card sets. In Wild, you can play all cards ever released (= all card sets ever released). In Standard, you can only use Basic and Classic cards + card sets released within the last two calendar years, i.e. 2019 and 2018. Those are Rise of Shadows, Rastakhan's Rumble, The Boomsday Project and The Witchwood. In Arena, you can currently use the sets Rise of Shadows, The Boomsday Project, Classic, Basic, Goblins vs Gnomes, The Grand Tournament and One Night in Karazhan.
3. What this means is that you can see cards being used in Arena that are not allowed in Standard! Therefore they are not listed in the normal collection and crafting menu. If you want to craft such cards, you have to explicitly tell your collection manager ingame to show "All cards" instead of "Standard cards". You can do that with the bottom left button. After doing so, you can go to crafting and should be able to find the murloc you are looking for. Before crafting it however, remember that you can only put the card in Wild decks, not in standard decks! So if you usually play standard (most people only play this mode), it makes little sense to craft the murloc.
If anything gets nerfed, it's probably another couple Basic and Classic cards. New cards could be main offenders, but Team5 likes to blame old cards for new problematic decks, usually with a made-up argument about class identity.
Maybe I am missing something, but why are they doing these live again? I didn't see any interaction with chat or whatever, so just record it beforehand (in the same style as you would do it live). Fixes all problems with bugs and whatnot.
I think this is a fine replacement for the Vilespine Slayer. All of the options are good, even the one that plays a 1/1 Stealth/Poisonous minion because that is hard to deal with. I like it a bunch.
where did you get the stealth part from? The text in the opening post only says poisonous, which makes that option the worst by far in most situations

Here Saronite Taskmaster

Might also work with Vicious Scalehide in control decks.
Maybe a buff deck finally becomes competitive (highly depends on the meta) with this card, Immortal Prelate + Da Undatakah as payoff and Vicious Scalehide + Crystalsmith Kangor for survivability.

Oaken Summons gonna rotate...
