This means that damage of 1 and 2 gets reduced to 0; damage of 3 and 4 gets increased to 5; etc. For example, if a Flame Imp attacks a Corridor Creeper , the Flame Imp will deal 5 damage to the Corridor Creeper (thus destroying it) while taking no damage itself.
(I considered making this a Legendary since its effect is quite unique, but decided to make it an Epic instead so that you can have two copies of this card and build a deck around it more consistently)

I don't think Rin makes sense in this meta. Most of the decks will kill you before you destroy their deck.

This is like a neutral, weaker Gahz'rilla. Gahz'rilla did not see play, and this probably won't other than in decks which specialize in cheating out big minions.

Actually, the cards look hella strong and I have no doubt this will be like KAC and MSOG where the last expansion of the year has the most broken cards.

IMO many of the Loas submitted do not fit with the spirit of Loas, which are meant to push niche strategies and need to be built around. For example, Shirvallah needs big spells, Hireek needs handbuff cards, Janalai needs hero power boosting cards, etc.
Shadra the Spider is playable in most control Hunter decks and you don't particularly need to build around it. "Control" is too broad an archetype and does not count IMO
Kragwa the Frog is OP and an auto-include in almost every Shaman deck other than Shudderwock. The body itself is worth 6 mana so you are only paying 2 mana for the effect. You just need to hit one friendly totem or one big enemy minion for it to be worthwhile (it even ignores Stealth or "Can't be targeted..."). There is no building around needed for it to be good.
Noctis the Cat is just broken and auto-include in any Rogue deck that plays cards. It's a 0-mana Dreadsteed that can't be silenced and ensures you can always trigger your combos.
Gonk the Raptor pushes the Token Druid archetype, but that is already so prevalent in the meta. You just slot it into your existing token deck. I feel like Loas are meant to encourage new or uncommon deck archetypes.

I don't think there should be a silence for weapons. It would completely destroy Kingsbane decks. You can already counter such decks in other ways, like killing them before they get out of control.
