You seem to think you're asking one question when really its two. So first answer is shaman just had good expansions lately and before that class seemed to be gimmicky because overload doesn't really balance that well. About mage you cannot really defend a point where mage has zero overpowered cards so what you're really asking is why they nerfed specific cards you mentioned and I can only reply with because they had too much of synergy with other cards. Is everything clear to you now?

I'm playing shaman deck this entire time since nothing else is even close. I lost only to god high roll draws from my opponents and other shamans. Obviously 4.6% winrate gap between 1st and 2nd class is acceptable, 67% wr deck is not strong as it still loses one in three games. Just use removal on rush minions. XDDDDD

It's easier to just add Mega in front of Windfury, that's self-explanatory. What would your decision be instead?

Kingsbane released a year ago and Shudderwock in April. Not only you had this long to use these cards, you can STILL play them. They nerfed druid class to the ground,  (43% wr LOL) so do you think they should refund every druid legendary that was played? OF COURSE NOT! It's obvious people are acting like victims to get refunds, because they know these cards will rotate out soon and probably get dusted no matter what. They try to create an uproar because they're con artists and people here applaud them for it.

What do you want refunded, decks that been around for few expansions with barely anything fresh added to them? Odd paladin with literally zero new cards or druid with classic cards? Hearthstone team comes up with actually great nerfs but people like you still find something to complain about. Ask for refund for your brain instead because you got scammed hard, it is not working good at all.

This is more of a stock market than actual game, definition of pay2win and overcomplicated rules. Sadly enough they will forcefully push it to esports with prizes. Enjoy getting milked out of your Steam bucks.

I play from beta and imo hearthstone is best it ever was. I still don't think constructed is good, but there is no one deck dominating all others like it happened many times before, pirate warrior being an example. I recommend arena, they actually fixed it after breaking it with excess spells when they realized they have arena mode and decided to rebalance it even though it was completely fine. Constructed was just a money grab all this time while arena mode got you more gold and was good most of the time.

When I get bm then in my next game I try to bm back to untilt. I don't rope unless guy is throwing offensive gg (wp emote in certain situations) just to show him game isn't over yet. In my mind I'm never the one that starts it even though it may seem like this to innocent player. I watch videos when I play and had people concede because I didn't lethal them so they probably thought I wanted to bm them.

Needs to be played in later turns but even turn 5 with tap makes it playable. Great synergy with the class it's gonna be in a lot of decks for sure.

Keeping even the worst legendaries will increase your chance of getting a good one next time due to the no-duplicate rule. Disclaimer: A tier list like this can never please everyone; the meta game is dynamic. If you think a card is in the wrong tier, please explain and provide links to deck lists or other data to support your claim.

How to read this list:

If you spot inconistencies or errors, please post them in the thread and it will be looked into!

Buildaround: Playing an archetype without this card does not make sense. Ex: Baku the Mooneater in Odd paladin 

Staple: The archeype can be played without this card, but it will almost certainly hurt your winrate.  EX Death Speaker Blackthorn in deathrattle DH.

Good card/near staple: The card performs very well in an archetype, but you can find replacements which are about as good.

Playable: The card is not strictly necessary for the archetype, but can be a nice personal twist or tech option. EX: Al'ar in deathrattle DH.

Niche: Used both for cards rarely used in common archetypes and important cards for rare archetypes.

THE TIERS:
The focus of this list is competetive ranked play. Fun/interesting cards and cards performing well in duels or other formats are usually not given a bonus.

TIER 1:
Flexible cards which see a lot of play in different classes and archeypes and important cards for the strongest decks.

TIER 2:
Cards which are typically very important for "tier 2" decks or viable tech options in tier 1 decks. Also contains some flexible cards which do not have the play- and winrates to be put in tier 1.

TIER 3:
These cards are typically not strictly necessary for competetive play, but that does not mean that they are never seen in the top end of the ladder! These cards are recommended for fans of particular classes or if you want to try a specific deck and have the dust to spare.

TIER 4:
These cards will typically gather dust in your collection and hurt your winrate as tech cards, but they can be used for meme decks, tavern brawls and curveballs to  surprise your opponent. Also the "graveyard" of staples of many outdated archetypes, especially in the Wild section.

TIER 5:
While the the tier 4 cards might give you some moments of joy, the tier 5 cards should bring mostly disappointment with their low powerlevel and how hard it is to make them work as intended. Many of these cards have common, rare and epic counterparts which are strictly better for almost every situation.

  • Zero tolerance for scamming.

Consistently breaking the rules or causing problems may get you blacklisted as well.

TRADING GUIDELINES

• The adding user starts the first game, the posting user starts the second game. This will help prevent scams.
  • If both users have posted in this thread, the newest account must go first. 
  • If they refuse to go first, proceed with caution.
  • If a user that posted in this thread scammed you, report them.
• When somebody has the "Play a Friend!" quest it will show the person being challenged in-game.
  • If you are intent on trading your quest with someone it is recommended you conduct a "proof challenge".
  • A proof challenge involves both players agreeing to challenge each other in to see the quest.
  • If the other person refuses a proof challenge, be careful. It is likely they don't actually have the quest.
• Avoid any other methods of "proof" like screenshots. Screenshots are always from the past.
• Honesty and good judgement is key.
  
  • Somebody has to go first, but the only guaranteed way to not get scammed is to go second.
  • If anyone is aggressive about making you go first and/or threatens you, they are probably trying to scam.
  • Carelessness will lead to you getting scammed. There is a blacklist of known scammers, reference it.

THE PROOF CHALLENGE

Please follow these steps to complete a proof challenge:

1. Check the blacklist.
2. Player 1 challenges adding user to prove they have the quest.
3. Player 2 declines the challenge.
4. Player 2 challenges posting user to prove they have the quest.
5. Player 1 accepts and game #1 is played.
6. Player 1 challenges adding user and game #2 is played.
7. Profit!!

Remember when people weren't bitching about absolutely everything related to this game?

Oh wait, no. That never happened.

Before I begin, allow me to introduce myself. I am an entitled, ungrateful little brat who believes that a multi-conglomerate company such as Blizzard exists solely to cater to my primitive needs. My hobbies include microwaving pocket-shaped food, collecting vintage Mountain Dew cans, and sh**posting on the internet to garner attention from strangers.

I have been playing since beta, and despite the fact that I have been playing for 5 years straight without taking more than a day off, this expansion, Saviors of Uldum, will be the reason I uninstall the game. The meta is stale already, and I know this because, after just 24 hours, all decks have been perfected and the subtle capabilities of all 148 new cards have been fully resolved. Please, pay no mind to the numerous threats I've posted on this website in the past regarding previous expansions. Those didn't mean anything. This time I'm for real.

It is very important to me that you acknowledge my fragile feelings. Seeing as I am the most important and essential piece of framework in this entire universe, I am sure that having all of you know that I am leaving will validate my utter inability to socialize on any level of coherency resembling that of an adult and fortify my unfounded sense of entitlement to things the earning of which I took no part.

I am also undeniably sure that by creating this post, Blizzard will completely revamp their business model and change Hearthstone and all of its mechanics to my liking, because the millions of other customers that play and enjoy their game don't matter; only I do.

Gotta go. My pizza rolls are almost done.

Wow, what a mouthful! I guess I should introduce myself as well: I am a morally righteous wannabe intellectual who likes to complain about people who complain. I was just on Facebook, writing a post complaining about complaining, when I saw this post and thought I ought to complain about it too. 

I too have played this game since its release, and despite the fact that I've thrown my computer across the room three times today, I attest that no one has the right to complain about this game. It's objectively perfect in every way and needn't ever be criticized, especially not by lowly forum peasants like yourselves who are of such inferior intellect and moral righteousness that you probably don't even watch the same television shows I do. 

Yes, it is true that I've personally considered tracking down Blizzard employees just so I can kidnap them and hold their families hostage until they do something about Big Priest, but what you need to understand is that I can do that because I'm special. I needn't be held to the same standard of accountability as you peons, for I possess abilities beyond your comprehension.

I can make rocks move and mountains part. I can make rivers stand still and even flow in reverse. My intellect is of such enormity, that by merely stating my opinion I've made it impossible for any of YOU to respond. Don't believe me? Try it. Try it and watch as your fingers grow numb and your mind loses the will to keep typing, having been completely and utterly demoralized by my limitless genius. 

I'd love to stay, but now I must return to the heavens where I make my glorious domain. Oh, and before I go, don't bother complaining about me complaining about complaining, because if you do I'll complain about you complaining about me complaining about complaining and create an infinite loop of complaining that causes the universe to collapse in on itself and explode. Don't believe that either? I've done it before. Ever heard of the Big Bang? ;)
