This is a bad example and a worse argument. Ysera's only function is to create a singular dream card at the end of your turn, and changing her card pool because a new dragon is being printed is unnecessary. Zeph and discover cards pull from a wide pool that is not limited to the card itself, and it would be insane to refund every card that could discover that one card that has been nerfed.

A great example is Heistbaron Togwaggle. If one or all of the treasures increased by 1 mana, there is no doubt that they would be issuing a dust refund as that is a direct nerf. If either of Elise's maps (Elise the Trailblazer or Starseeker) went up 1 mana, we'd be getting refunded.  Looking at any Choose One effect, if one of the options is worsened then it would be due for a refund. Ancient of Lore being an in-game example from the past.

While I'm sure many people want dust because they don't play wild, I think it's pretty easy to see that people are only calling for a dust refund if the card actually gets nerfed by having Ysera the Dreamer's card pool rather than her current one. And there are quite a few of us that don't want the card nerfed at all. Screw the dust, just let her keep her old dream cards. She's already pretty terrible and only viable in Oakheart/Dragonhatcher/Drakkari Enchanter, no need to make her worse.

I’m 222 with the battle pass from the beginning. I’ve missed maybe about 7-9 levels of XP as I went camping and to some festivals. 

I did the math and if I only do the dailies/weeklies till March 22 I should gain another 40 levels. I’d be lucky to  to hit 300.

To max out I would have to play 330 hours on top of the dailies. Like 10 hours a day lol 

I think my only real complaint is the bonus 20% xp. I think all 20% should be granted immediately upon purchase. Losing those small percentages from achievements and quests is not a big deal at all, but it just feels bad having to plan around it to maximize xp. Plus if I had 20% given the first 35 levels I’d  be closer to being done :P

I don’t get why they don’t just give new Y’sera new dream cards and let old Y’sera be the same. Am I missing something?

Just in-case anyone doesn’t know:

If you’re running Genn Greymane & C’thun the Shattered, make sure to always keep Genn if you have him in your opening hand. If you mulligan it away then the HP discount doesn’t work.

In evenlock, I’ve found 100% success with this method. I know 40 some games is andecdotal, but once I saw someone mention this mulligan aspect, I made sure to always keep him in my hand and I’ve had no issues since.

Can’t speak to other decks, as I don’t exactly know what’s going on, but try keeping Genn and see if you have the same issue.

I know people disagree, but I wish casual counted towards golden hero portrait wins. I would have no incentive to play ranked really. Having to play ranked in any game makes me play less.

I know there are definitely people exactly opposite to me, but personally I wish Blizzard games were kinder to those who prefer fun > tryharding (not that there’s anything wrong with either imo)

Damn, that won't completely solve the issues with Secret Mage, but it's a welcome addition indeed!

Dude. Do you know nothing about the core set? THE ENTIRE 200+ CARD CORE SET WILL BE FREE. For one year. Then, the cards will rotate and we won’t have them anymore. If that’s really so hard to understand, go back and read the articles about the core set. Classic packs are not changing, they will give you cards from the LEGACY SET. They are rotating the entire set to wild, classic packs will give you wild cards. Nothing in the classic set is being “replaced”, there will just be new cards. Even wild cards are coming back to the core set, but those wild cards will still remain part of their original set.

That is wrong. The entire core set will be free and new ysera will be part of the core set... not classic set.

Emerald Drake is still there, completely unchanged.
