Good to hear it's not just me, this version of quest priest felt a lot better than any other I had played.

I might try adding the tradable 4 drop with silence. I really like magescribe, but it cluttered my hand. I find hand space to be important when playing a deck like this, typically I am playing one card per turn so it can be difficult.

I will experiment some more, hopefully upcoming nerfs make this a bit more competitive in the meta. Thank you again!

I enjoy it, but it's just so slow compared to a lot of the meta, most decks can beat this one to the finish quite easily. 4 drops can be a problem as well, been a couple games where I'm stuck needing a 4 drop. Considering replacements for Vendor, Wandmaker and Magescribe as they can be slow/awkward. Will let you know if I come up with anything better.

Super satisfying when you pull a nice curve and hit them with Alura to end it, even better if it's an OTK Alura off the Blood God.

I fooled around with some non pure variants, but I missed the extra healing/rush Yrel provides. I bet Samuro can be a lifesaver, I find myself getting overwhelmed against some of the hyper aggro decks in the meta.

I had been wanting to try the Caravan, but felt like it'd be lacking in late game situations. I'd love seeing it on 1 or 2 though! Overall I think you're right, it's missing a little here and there. Hopefully we see more dude support in the next expansion.

How have your results been, you still running dude? I've made a few changes, trying to make it out of gold, so close. Still a blast to play though!

If the mulligan is good/great the deck is hard to stop, starting hands tend to be more expensive than I'd like on average. Lack of card draw is definitely felt when mulligan isn't good, but when I have a nice curve it is very easy to play. I will have to experiment some with of your suggested substitutes, outside of what you suggested I feel like Silas could be a good sub for Yrel here.

That being said, Warlock is tough to finish, Rogue & Token Druid early game can be tough too. Keeping the board is key. Fun to play, thanks again for sharing.

I think it's better than people give it credit for, that being said not tier 1 yet. Can only hope the mini set can put it over the top.

Hahaha what a fckin kek, I get the same reaction when I see priest in my queue.

How does Cho fit in here? Guessing you get some value since you aren't running any spells.

    Thanks for the deck mate

Great write up and cool deck as usual, I finally got around to playing some matches in high platinum. Mixed results, but definitely viable in this meta. I've had some issue with druid, with all the ramp and draw they tend to out value me in the later game, I'm just not able to quest fast enough or come up with an answer for their wide boards turn after turn. DH can overwhelm any class so not much to say there, Hunter is the same, always on my heels. Mage, Rouge, Priest are all plus matchups, paladin has been surprisingly easy to deal with even with their tempo/value. Warlock mirror is manageable, this deck tends to have way more value late game.

A couple critiques, as much as I like Zzeraku he tends to just take up space, it'd be ideal to portal into him but that isn't guaranteed and activating him can be a pain. I've been experimenting with other dragons, as of now I have an evasive wyrm slotted in. I've also played with and without khartut, I feel more and more he is a keeper.  Also played around with the spells some, how much value are you getting off of the sinister deals? I've cut one in favor of an extra felbolt, also cut a twisted knowledge in favor of a sky general.

All that being said every game is fun win or lose, thanks again mate

Cool deck, def appreciate the shaman offering here. Small sample size I've got about a 60% w/l. I've won all my DH matches 2-3 so far in P1-5. Any tips for the priest matchup, specifically gala priest. Thanks mate

Thank you for the deck, I've played around with it a little. First impressions are good, I've faced mostly DH and Hunter with success, even had a 3-4 game win streak. Lost to the one Priest I played (ANNOYING!) but he was able to manasaber out Galakrond on 6, I ran out of steam before fatigue became a factor. Fun deck to play with a ton of solutions.

I appreciate the detail you've put into the guide it has helped very much, will report back after some more play, thanks again! :D

Brooo that DH matchup was insane, he had it all and still couldn't come up with the win xD  I feel the ooze definitely is a must in the meta and something this deck sorely misses. I can burn away minions but can be tough to outrace DH/Warrior/Hunter when they still have their weapons and hero powers. That druid dropped 2 Malygos and still couldn't handle you lol

Zephrys is awesome, I think you got the right idea, I should be more open to the idea of dropping him early in an aggro matchup if needed, same with soulfire.

Thanks for this, you definitely don't shy away from using your soulfires early. I have a bad habit of hanging onto them for the late game, I suppose they aren't as important against DH/H matchups where board clear takes priority. I even seen you throw down that Zephyrus without his effect, I would almost never, but can't say that was a bad play considering how quickly you have to deal with aggro threats.

I'll keep trying, see if I can't get my own streak going and finally make it to legend, cheers mate
