    Or Rogue or Priest. There are already three classes with a deathrattle theme so why would we need a fourth? I guess they have no idea for DH archetypes that aren't aggro or combo.

     The thing is thate even the art feels more Huntery than Demon Hunter. Hope that means they're starting to make less Illidari cards tho, sometimes I have problems distinguishing between them.

    Why is no one mentioning C'Thun returning? That means loads of the neutral cards will be C'Thun related unless they want to make him useless.

    I consider myself to be Neutral Good, despite part of me wanting to be more Chaotic (probably because the reasons @Danjo explained above :P). I try to do the right thing because I find it easier and more rewarding to do than doing bad things, not because an arbitrary law forces me. In fact I prefer to think of laws more as suggestions than obligations, even if I don't break laws for practical reasons. I legit cannot understand how bad people can get away with their bad deeds  weighing on them, but I guess each person deals with their past different.

    As for what alignment I prefer in fiction, evil is near always more interesting imo, specially lawful and chaotic evil. Rakdos guild best guild.

    posted a message on Custom Class Competition #7 -- Discussion Thread | Week Three

    Sorry for not answering nor giving feedback this week, I've been pretty busy and I've just ended modifying my cads from everyone's feedback. Thanks all who gave feedback, it helped me a lot to tweak my class (also sorry about the big card resolution, I thought that if it was bigger it would be easier to read). I'll give some late feedback even if I'm not sure it'll help anyone in this phase:

    @Shattestar1998

    I'm pretty interested in your class! Your main tribal sinergy being menagerie is a cool concept even though you'll need more payoffs in the future imo. I love Four Little Apprentices, it's like spreading plague but it has some interaction with your opponent, a thing that with the lack of instant speed in hearthstone is sometimes lacking. Also, the references are as good as always!

     @Noah_McGrath

    The tools you're giving to yor class are pretty interesting, the Warpstone Shards give your class a pretty unique midrangey identity, while also letting players go for a more aggro or control style with some cards. I also like that for aggro you're trying to circumvent weaknesse like taunt with some of your cards making trading less painful. One of the most painful things that can happen when playing aggro is your opponent play an early big taunt.

     @MvonTzeskagrad

    Cool elemental package you got there, more aggresive than the usual mage and shaman package. About the other cards, not sure if Disyncronization is too weak, you need to have already a minion on the board to play this, plus it should be at full health for it to be worth. The ability to target enemy minions makes it better though. Also, Xenedar Artificer ability is cool but you should think about getting more Spell Damage sinergy for it to work, even though without this ability a 2/2 Divine Shield is pretty good.

     @hza166

    The traveller package tokens are pretty cool and the idea is pretty original, even if it seems confusing at first. Seeing a pseudo-choose one effect in this comp is cool, plus you've made those cards in a way that really fits your class identity. Chromatus the Mixed is also a pretty cool way to sinergise with One More in a subtle way, even if I'm still not convinced about the flavor in spite of the name change, and also it's worded weirdly.

     @Klipce

    Your sinergies with Omen are pretty good, it really feels useful despite the mechanic being kinda useless by himself (not a bad thing of course, specially the way you handled it). My only issue would be that I'm not sure that Flash of Insight should cost 3 of mana, most of the time it'll draw one card.

     @McF4rtson

    You've got some more good weapon sinergies. I like that you do other sinergies apart of your break weapon sinergy. Magister Umbric is a cool addition to the middlemost mechanic. Hope you manage to finish the rest of the cards, you're one of the main reasons this competition keeps going.

    The Doctor: Scholar Set (2nd Grade)

    The infamous Dr. Terrible, terror of Underhall and writer of the multiple-awards educational book "Building a Better Flesh Giant" which inspired multiple generations of critter-sticthers, didn't dream about becoming a crazed "flesh artist" when he was little. He used to be inspired by gnomes to become the greatest engineer of Azeroth. So, in order to enter the famed Gearshaft University, the then Mr. Terrible thought about sawing his own legs and stitching his feet to his torso to look shorter and more like a gnome. This was his ticket to enter an engineer carreer, but when after ending it and stithing everything back in his place again, Kel'Thuzad becamen interested in his stitching achievements and brought him to Scholomance, changing forever his professional direction.

    As a teacher in Scholomance, the doctor soughts to help his students pass the grade, by any means necessary. To reflect this, I created the keyword Graduate, with which the most applied students will be able to get some sweet bonuses!

    Showcase Cards:

    Other cards:

     Tokens:

     Flavor texts:

    Flow Stop: "Rap music isn't allowed in the lab."

    Master of Iterations: "That's what happens when you use whiles instead of fors."

    Nergeld: "For a hideous creature with four arms he's quite a team player."

    Aberration Father: "That' a nasty way to call your son."

    Pollution: "The Stormwind Protocol document was transformed into a smokey and contaminant mass of dust."

    Rebel Creation: "Never let your crazed abominations listen to punk."

    Gadget Master: "Dundudundudun dundundundundun dundudundudun duunduuuuun..."

    Gearshaft Senior: "Still stuck at that one first grade subject."

    Unforeseen Potential: "Never push a cart with dead frogs into a Saronite beam."

    Replicating Abomination: "Today is the day of the Dragon."

     Cards justification:

    Flow Stop: Simple counter, but not OP as a 1 mana card.

    Master of Iterations: Elegant minion that allows to discount cards twice in a turn. The Graduate effect makes it less frustrating if the HP hits this randomly.

    Nergeld: A minion that benefits from cost reduction but also from token strategies. Can be used as a wincon.

    Aberration Father: Helps reduce the cost of Nergeld or another card that appears below. The fact that it reduces the cost by (3) makes it less scary with Malygos, plus I don't really think there are a lot of face damage spells for the class to make the blue dragon viable.

    Pollution: Some simple deck screw. Card draw is one of the class weaknesses so screwing your opponent's draws can even the situation.

    Rebel Creation: A card that showcases that graduate can also have negative effects.

    Gadget Master: The only Drone summoner this week, but I've already showed a lot of them during the last weeks. Also some Mech sinergy (mainly intended for Drones).

    Gearshaft Senior: Can activate by himself a lot of graduate cards without an OP cost reduction.

    Unforeseen Potential: A pretty random secret and another token creator.

    Replicating Abomination: Intended as a wincon. A good target for Aberration Father.

    I've got already 10 cards, not sure if I'll use them though. The challenge didn't really affect me because I've already planned the second legendary to be Nergeld, Dr. Terrible's flesh beast from WoW. In this second half I've tried to add some more Graduate cards and a few cost reduction suport, plus two more secrets.

    I've got 4 Secrets in total like Paladin's Classic Set and 6 Graduate cards, which I consider it's a good number of cards for a new mechanic, specially if we take into account that cost reduction is rewarded via other cards (Nergeld for example isn't intended to be casted without being reduced a lot). Also Replicating Abomination serves as a win condition, not sure if it's too broken.

    @Shatterstar1998:

    Well, it's quite obvious you're a fan of both Agatha Christie and Conan Doyle's Sherlock, hehe. All your references, specially the hound of Gilneas and Argus Poirot are genius. I love how you deviated from what a more typical detective class would look like with the spell references and the 1-Cost minions.

    Onto the cards themselves, they're all good, didn't see anything remarkable to say. Maybe change the Death in Nefertiti's Solve because unless I'm missing something I think it's just a glorified AoE normal spell. Which is quite powerful, now that I think about it.

     @hza166:

    You Cycle is interesting, you plan to add more sinergies to it in the second part of the Protegeé Set? I can even see some legendary interacting with it in some ways. Also, the way you interact with them with the Experiencied Sommelier is quite elegant. The Encore keyword seems interesting, it remembers to Brewmaster interactions which I guess it's the intended effect. I guess it won't be too easy to activate, because that would make Night Elf Hostess quite powerful. Cocktail Show and Dolores are brilliant, even though Cocktail should be a rare at least.

     @JoshoPrime:

    The Warp mechanic seems cool, but I'm not sure how this could be implemented in Hearthstone. Flexible card are always welcome tho, and that mechanic really encourages them. As someone already said I think, Mecha-Rex is maybe too OP. An 8/8 for 7 with Rush is nuts, and the non-warped version is also too good maybe. Also, I'm not sure if Warp should be more consistent. Make the warp cost be lower than the original cost always or something like that, unless you have some specific sinergies in mind. I like how you use the steal mechanic too, maybe you could make a card that goes well against minions with low attack to make some sinrgies.

     @Klipce:

    Omen seems a cool mechanic, and I love how you implemented it with cards like Prophecy or made sinergies with Riptide Seer. Also it's cool to see a class that focus on Murlocs but deviates from the classic murloc strategies of swarming the board. Weirdeye is also good because using your hero power multiple times can be pretty useful in a class like this, plus I love cheap legendaries for some reason. The secrets you have righ now are well made, they all cover quite different areas while focusing in control so your opponent can guess what secret you played depending on when you played it.

     @McF4rtson:

    Both your main weapon break theme and your tribal Taunt subtheme are pretty good, Taunt sinergies are pretty underutilised in Hearthstone imo. Also, will you make some middlemost sinergies? I think Rift Operative would benefit a lot from them. Your last card could be another Taunt minion imo. I think you have too few Taunts for the sinergies to work. Locus Walker is good as both a weapon giver and as a weapon breaker, which really manages to capture the class main theme. Hope to see your last cards soon!

     @Ozymandias:

    Sanguinate is a cool mechanic, but I'm not sure how it would be implemented in Hearthstone. It's not really that much of a big deal though. Your sinergies about damaging your opponent when you would be damaged or just damage him are cool, Feast of the Court is a smart sinergy with your keyword. Love how you throw also a bit of Enrage or other Warrior damage mechanincs into the mix, it makes for a pretty unique Warrior/Warlock effect.

    Well, thanks everyone for your feedback! Somehow I didn't notice how near every card in my set was absurdly broken lol. Sorry for not answering before nor doing any feedback lately. I've been quite busy this week.

    Anyway, here's the changed HP which is more standard compared to my first version:

    Also I've reworked some cards:

    I think those cost changes make those cards more fair. Drone Brooder coming late makes the 1/1 Drones not be that menacing, while I found upping vial throw to 4 mana while making the graduate condition easier to fulfill to be the best option to balance that card.

    Also changed the 'Whenever' to a 'When' for my secrets and the creature to minion (guess I've played to much MtG).

    Talking about secrets, I've changed Open Doors for Defense Matrix and Saronite Miner for Lightning Strikes Twice. Defense Matrix also acts as a stealth nerf to Putricide because with the force fields it will be harder to duplicate himself with Waste Assimilation. I'll try to add some Uncommon and Epic secrets in the second half of the set. With Lightning Strike Twice I plan to complete the challenge using Twinspell, while also adding some card generation to the class to replace drawing cards.

    I plan to mantain those last 4 cards the same. Plagueworks Intern serves to showcase the Graduate keyword, I like Flask Gobbler this way, I'll maybe think to word different Absorb Power if I've got more time and I think that with Defense Matrix Putricide is good.

    Hope you guys can give some feedback about the changes. I'll try to deliver some feedback tomorrow.

    After some work, here's the Scholar Set of The Doctor.

    Upgraded Hero Power and new mechanic:

    "My students need to work hard to obtain their degree, you don't learn how to stitch together the bodies of crocolisks, robots and Gandling's naughty students in one day after all! My students are only useful when they manage to graduate!"

    "Hope you like my abominations circus! I'm trying to perfect my tecnique, while documenting it in a book I plan to release in a few years! I'm waiting for feedback so take them for a ride."

    "Also, if the hero power isn't enough to make m lazy underlings get to work, here's a few card discounts you may want to use."

    "Geniuses like me and you can't fight at the first line! Keep into the battle with the use of dirty tactics that only we can appreciate!"

    "Of course, I've got good news to everyone that wants to sinergize with those secrets."

    Also, Drone token:

    Any feedback on those? I plan to achieve the challenge with Saronite Miner (Corrupt).

    @MvonTveskagrad

    Great set for now, love how you focus on returning cards to your hand.Energy Pylon is too good maybe because it can go infinite. At least the Pylon shouldn't have Taunt. Also Cosmic Duality is kinda confusing.

     @Noah_McGrath

    Good work, you managed to tone down your aggresive startegies a bit, while creating new control ones. The Warpstone Shard mechanic is cool, hope you manage to get a balance between cards that discard Warpstones and cards that generate theme. Right now it looks good.
