Now instead of playing a 7/7 kun in combo druid you can play a 10/10 kun.

Honestly I think one of the better cards to play with this would be hadronox. The enemy probably wont try to kill the hadronox so it'll probably stay on board, then you splintergraft it and kill it off somehow. The second Hadronox will end up spawning more taunts and since it's a 10/10... assuming you can play another thing that doesn't immediately do something the enemy can't quite ignore a 10/10.

i'd agree that the 4/1 is terrible considering it probably wouldn't survive. However I think the 1/4 stat line is a lot  better than you think. It's health heavy sure but  that means it can survive, and the point of this minion isn't to smack things or go face it's to provide spell damage which can be useful. Especially on a minion that will probably survive a turn or two.

so you'll want to play this as the 8/3 in which case it could be considered 8 mana "deal 8 damage to an enemy minion and summon a 8/3" could have it's day

either it's basically a minion only fireball, or you find something with 2 health to trade into and you get a 2/3 or 2/4 remaining. Not that great but it could be worse.

It's worse than blessing of kings in terms of tempo, but it far surpasses it in terms of value.  Considering a more control hunter tends to burn through their deck fast with trackings to get rexxar or other powerful cards this could help them not die to fatigue till later in the game and they'll have a lot more o.p. minions to play later on as well.

turn 4 this, probably survives a turn for you to take damage into 5 mana deathweb spider. That seems like the most obvious use for this card.

Here's what's going to happen. You play this and end turn. Then your enemy plays a deathknight card or some big finisher and then removes duskfallen aviana immediately. Unless they have some way of negating benefits your cards give to enemies this card is just unplayable.

So what you are telling me is to not run leeroy in the same deck?

That said Priest cards generally run lower attack high health monsters so this would synergize amazingly with a lot of cards. Some staple cards like radiant would become 2 mana 3/3's which is fine. Arguably it would be terrible with  twilight acolyte since his attack should be as low as possible. Tortollan Shellraiser becomes a 4 mana 6/6  taunt (so close), Lyra becomes a 5 mana 5/5 and isn't terrible tempo body wise, Archbishop Benedictus becomes not as bad... That said why run benedictus in the same deck? Then you have Obsidian Statue as a 9 mana 8/8 taunt, lifesteal, deathrattle.

Other Neutral cards to consider may be: UltraSaur, is just a ton of stats worth 10 mana? probably not but meme worthy, Ysera becomes a 9 mana 12/12, sleepy dragon becomes a 9 mana 12/12 taunt, Primordial drake becomes a 8 mana 8/8 taunt, funny enough am'gam rager becomes somewhat decent as a 3 mana 5/5, Eggs love this card and in wild deathlord exists as a 3 mana 8/8 taunt, If the shaman hero power becomes to bad mindbreaker exists as a e mana 5/5 as well, Street Trickster is rotating but would've been a 3 mana 7/7 spell damage, Tar Creeper becomes the 3 mana 5/5 taunt and on the opponnents turn 7/5, Summoning portal becomes a 5 mana 6/6 becoming even more of a "kill me" card, Scaled Nightmare gets a head start as a 6 mana 8/8 whose attack doubles meaning it starts attacking for 16... There is just so much you wouldn't want to waste an inner fire on, but this really makes a lot of cards really good.

I feel like I'd probably see this card in a dragon deck. Considering just how much stats it gives all the rather high health low attack dragons it just works splendidly.

Oh, I get it. This into shadow madness, divine spirit, divine spirit, inner fire.

Either way seems like warrior gets no great legends this expansion either it seems. A 3/8 that can't attack even with its effect should probably be 5 or 6 mana. At best it's 24 random damage spread over multiple turns.
