I copy the idea from MtG. This card is only of Shaman since that class cannot manipulate its own HP effectively as Warrior or Priest does, and living-dying is the main theme of Shaman.
It will not trigger if you have more than 1 HP at the start of your turn (simiar to how Competitive Spirit works)
If we look at Mind Control Tech, a 1-for-2 card that only work when enemy has more than 3 minions, then Wrath of the Storm is fairly balance. We need more spells that are situational but game-changing like this.
The Overload mechanic has no obvious problem. What need to be fixed on Shaman is how its Hero Power works. And no, I don't complain on how RNG it is, though there were many times when I had to pray for Wrath of Air Totem + Lightning Storm.
Shaman's tokens are very immobile since 3/4 of them have 0 attack value. Without Flametongue Totem (and to a lesser extend, Defender of Argus), they wiill sit on your board uselessly. And since Shaman is only great when already being ahead, if you have to use your Hero Power one time at the first 3 turns, there will be likely that you will lose.
I hope there will be some ways to buff Shaman tokens in the future (and for the love of God, please no more of Totemic Might).
This card is designed to create more synergies with Druid of the Fang, and also provide more exclusive 3-drop to Druid aside from Druid of the Flame. Its drawback is considerably small, however also its advantage.

Very flexible deck. Having Ethereal Conjurer is like having a side deck that includes some tech cards.
I just lost against this deck while playing Control Warrior. Such a humiliating defeat....

Murloc Knight is a class card from Paladin. This deck works because of Hunter bursting cards such as Quickshot and Kill Command.

Great to see Murloc, and more interestingly, in a Hunter deck.

I have tried MrYagut's Aggro Warrior list. Works very well. This list is very similar and thus may bear the same result.

Your work is very well done. Good artwork choices and there are some interesting mechanic. I prefer Stormfury Ogre.
