Thanks for your answers. I think I will buy the Megapack of the new expansion, the welcome back pack and the Galakrond's Awakening pack.

Hello. I've been out of this game since Un'Goro I think, I returned to play a few days ago, I just got the quest chain, a few free packs and the free deck.

Now, what should I spend my money on?

    Welcome back pack?

    Adventures? Which ones?

Preorder the new expansion? Regular or mega pack?

    Thank you.

posted a message on Is this game balanced for new players

No, it is not. I've been away from the game a few months, came back, and started at rank 25. There were some newbie players out there, but most of them were experienced players with lots of good cards, legendaries, and many even had netdecked meta decks. I can manage to win there, but I woner, how the hell can a new player win games?.

Well, I'm netdecking at 25. And other people are too, with this deck, for example:

    That I already tried.

I don't know how you guys are winning with this deck. I'm at rank 25 (yeah, I haven't played standard in months), and lose 2/3 of the time. Even at rank 25 everyone is netdecking, and this just doesn't cut it. Not enough removal, no AOE.

Another useless Secret Mage deck. Tried it (I tried another one yesterday), and 0-5. Hopeless against aggro, and can't finish control. So, useless, can't beat anything unless you're really lucky. 0% WR

Well, you won't find them in the deck builder under Druid, you'd have to go to the neutral cards to find it.

Opened 88 packs and got 7 normal legendaries and 1 golden. No duplicates.

Lucky you, I opened 93, 5 normal legendaries, and not a good one (Mayor N, Madam Goya, Finja, Genzo and the only decent, Patches)

Simple Brawl: If you get Annoyotron = you win and if you get Boombot = you lose 100% of the time.

That's  why I played 3 games with annoyotron and lost all of them.
Lmao, you should probably keep that type of stuff to yourself.
Anyway, got Annoy-o-Tron my first game and steamrolled the Boom Bot while only taking like 3 damage (all three from hp pings). Easy pack. See you next week.
Why ? Because some smart asses think someone is OP?
It's not, I'm now 0-5, while I can win comfortably in constructed, but I can't make a stable board, boom bot does a lot of damage and I end up with no minions at all.
No it's because annoy-o-tron IS OP you're just stupidly bad at using it apparently...
6 games with anoyotron, 6 loses, 1 game with boom bot, 1 easy win. your theory about what's OP is wrong.
The good news is I got Cairne Bloodhoof in the free pack, which I was missing.
Sorry to tell you this but annoy-o-trons deck is actually better. Boom bot has cards which are actually terrible like Ogre Warmaul and Goblin Sapper. All of Boom bot's good cards are also RNG cards so they have a potential to end badly. The annoy-o-tron deck theme is mechs and mech synergy while the boombot deck theme is RNG. The annoy-o-tron hero power is even better because there is a possibility for the boombots to just go face twice and not even pop the divine shield. The only consistent way for the boombot to win is by having annoy-o-tron play poorly and dump their hand then get light bombed. If the annoy-o-tron player plays decently they can usually win in less than 10 turns. I had to win 5 tavern brawls and so did my friend I went both of us have hit legend before and I went our total records were       annoy-o-tron 7-1     boombot 3-7
My stats are Boom bot 7-0 Annoyotron. Just because you're better with one doesn't mean it's OP. Unless you're GOD and you speak for everyone. If a deck is OP, it will get an overwhelming number of wins with ANY player, that is not the case.
Anyway, it was a crappy brawl.

I have 4 of them: Crush, Toni, Velen and Tirion. So a 55% of getting a new leg for 5$ or 400 dust. It's not too bad.

people are giving up so fast before i even throw out any old god cards, is the new mage really that OP that people are being scared of being frozen? hmm

Personally, because I dislike the Freeze Mage match up more than any other.  I find it simply frustrating to be unable to do anything the entire game, and even if I win I don't get much enjoyment out of it.  By comparison, the slow creeping sense of inevitable loss makes the experience miserable and vastly outweighs winning.
     Exactly. THIS.
I hate non-interactive games. Most card games have some decks that are non-interactive. You try to play the game the normal, usual way interacting with the opponent, and they other guy just simply plays solitaire, destroying everything you do. You can still win, but I play to have fun, and freeze mage is not fun to play against at all, even if after a long game I get the win.
