Not only does it require to play buffs; which have been long considered either only usable for aggro to push face damage, or very weak cards that often make you go 2 of your cards for an opponent's removal.
The amount of draw necessary in order to have enough minions on the board, enough buffs for said minions, and the luck to not have them succumb to removal so you don't lose too quickly make it pretty damn hard on your deck to not be very behind and starving for cards. So, after having to use 6 awful cards (buffs) on your minions, you at least get a pretty amazing payoff, right? Wrong.
The reward has to be the worst one so far. Every quest reward until now has either been infinite insane value or a powerful game-changing battlecry with a strong body. This one? Just a strong guy. That's it, a strong body; that's all you get. A few trades at best and he's gone; if you're unlucky it just gets mass polymorphed or Deadly Shot; and there goes your "win condition" that took you 6 very underwhelming cards to use.
Hard quest to fulfill (not the hardest); quest requirements make your deck incredibly weak; and quest reward is the worst so far.

1. Shows the community they actually care. In the grand scheme of things what is 3 packs when they make 20+mil a month.
2. It's good publicity, It makes people feel good about the company and in the end, people with good vibes will promote, pass the word along that this is a company worth spending money on. Just remember the last time you've had a bad experience with a company, did you go back? Probably not... People with bad experience with a company will tell 2-3 times more people that they had a negative experience when compared to a person who has a good experience. Just on word of mouth can hurt your bottom line.
3. Get a better public relations person to write the response rather letting than Daxxarri write it. Optically it just looks really bad and greedy. You alienate people with a comment like that.
4. I'll end this with a quote, " You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar." I think this applies to this situation very well.
Name one person that will stop playing the game because they didn't get a free pack.

I play alot of highlander control mage, and let me tell you, Lunas on 4 or 5 is absolutely busted, even against aggro decks like tempoe rogue.
1 mana big minions is simply too great of a tempo swing to counter.
Lunas on 6 would make sense, and the card would still be very very good.
Mage has tons of anti-aggro tools before turn 4 and 5, so it's not really lacking in that department.
The reason lunas on 7 wasn't played before, was because mage didn't have enough tools to take advantage of it.
If Lunas was 7 mana now, I bet it would STILL be played in highlander mage. It's that good.

You want more early game removal- why? We have alot of early game pressure through battlecry and lackeys, and we have alot of board control tools already through hag and earthquake. MCT only works in a few matchups? It works in mage giants, and against most aggro decks, so pretty strong imo. krag will bring back any good spells you have.
But I appreaciate your critique, I will consider it. I mean earth shock is crazy good, but so is plague of murlocs. If anything, I would do -2 bogslosher for +2 sandstorm, or +1 lightning storm +1MCT

I have actually included krag-wa in my deck, so yea, im probably gonna go for witch brew, cos u can generate infinite heal from that, or hope to discover one. I am making a spell heavy deck, so with King Phaoris.
Maybe I will consider dropping bogslosher, im not sure.

Why would you remove the plague? It deals very well with mage giants, which is going 100 % to be played in the meta. What would you replace it with? :)

I feel questing explorer is really overrated. If you don't draw this card on the first 1-5 turns, it's mostly a dead and useless card, since the battlecry is useless. I would recommend -2 questing explorer, and sometghing like +2 evil totem or +2 menance nimbus
-2 giggling inventor, because it doesnt seem to fit that well, and too slow compared to the rest of the deck.

Remove both walking fountain -2. they are bad, and anti-synergy with the rest. There are alot of other heal options than these minions and they have 0 battlecry = bad
Elekk and question explorer is also a waste. I would go with storm chaser +1 and mana totem +1 instead
