In my opinion if you're not running Leeroy it might be best to cut at least 1 shadowstep. While you can get value out of bouncing Keleseth and Vilespine, a lot of the time Shadowstep is just a dead card. One weakness of this deck is definitely consistency. Some games you will win on turn 1 (Keleseth + double bounce) while other games you won't have anything to play until turn 3 or later. It's up to you but I'd recommend cutting shadowstep for more consistent cards
