Dragons look really bad in comparison, they don't scale unless they get Kalecgos out. Meanwhile most Elementals either buff themself, buff eachother or generate more elementals for cycling.
Lil' Rag and Sulfuras buffing non-elementals also messes up neutral card balance, aside from hero powers there was no way to do it aside from argus into strongshell. And it enables them even more options than other tribes can dream of.
Elementals scale so f-n fast goldgrubber is almost garbage right now, even if you discover him turn 4 by trippling cats/murlocs and have 2 golden minions from the start
They suffer same issue as Pirates, they are only a bunch of raw stats and have no keyword to snowball off of. So you're gonna need to make some kind of mix build for late game unless you want your entire board to suicide into two poison/ds Amalgadons.
Crackling Cyclone is the only divine shield/windfury they have, making it golden for Mega-Windfury is questionable since it doesn't double up divine shield it most likely will die after 2 attacks anyway.
Whirlwind Tempest is useless as again, minions aren't likely to survive more than 2 attacks.
Wildfire Elemental scales really bad compared to normal cleave, especially considering that attack into divine shield whiffs entire ability.
Gentle Djinni is the only deathrattle summon of entire archetype but elementals have no combat effects (just raw stats) so it's rather bad combat wise
I imagine pogos could just be removed from minion pool, right now they serve no purpose other than enabling cheese strategy for Brann and being cycled by Jandice.
Their purchase rate for other heroes is close to 0, and that's only because sometimes they're cycled to trigger kalecgos.

I thought it's pretty clear that "joining your warband" implies that minions text is only active while it's currently offered by Bob. Also it doesn't go into your hand so you need free board space.
Only tribe without any kind of secondary effect like divine shield/cleave. Entire game you're just hoping enemy doesn't hit your buffer or you're dead.
Yes mage is insanely cancer to play against. At least vs pala or druid you know what is coming, even if you don't like it.
Mage has so much spell discover & generation there's no point trying to play around most secrets/removal just keep playing whatever is on your curve and hope he haven't randomly gotten an answer. It's feels like a fucking tavern brawl or something.

Jandice is really weird with Nomi. When elemental enters Bob's tavern it has Nomis buff replaced with the current one.
So you can use hero power to buff elemental from your hand or "update" the buff on one from your board.
And trippling elementals with Nomis buff is insane in general, after few turns of cycling its possible to casually drop a 100/100 minion

If you don't get party elementals to start scaling early game or hit nomi/lil rag early into t5 elemental build is out.
Otherwise they can reach galactic stats really fast and only divine shield poison can stop them.

Again, Elementals like pirates have no rarity on top of them...
Maybe it's time to remove Sneed's Old Shredder from battlegrounds since his minion pool is really messed up at this point

Illucia at 3 makes it impossible to play enemy 8-drops though which means you won't be able to take win condition of some decks
