Just redistribute the stats for 6/6 and we'll see a lot more play.

posted a message on [Curse of Naxxramas] Naxx Zoo-Killer Control Lockdown

I suggest to try replacing Ragnaros for Baron Geddon, which is cheaper and can kill many weenies in the turn its played. Its 5 health can be weaker though, but I guess something that can wipe the board every turn is better than a more expensive minion which hits randomly.

Also, if you really really want to specialize on smashing Warlock Zoo (and I like this idea a lot hahaha), you might consider 1 Sacrificial Pact. It won't do anything against other decks, but its an insta-kill for 0 mana to take out that Doomguard, Flame Imp or Voidwalker and can really gain you tempo to play other stuff in the same turn. For Doomguards, in particular, it will heal back the damage it has just dealt to you.

Interesting deck, but I find it inconsistent. I've lost 70% of my first 10 matches.

Maybe I do need to get used to it? The guide is very extensive and very well written, I hope with time I can fully absorb the style.

Main issue is, if you get behind board control once your opponent smashes all your 0 attack creatures (because you couldn't draw into an Inner Fire, and they just die hopelessly), there's absolutely no way to regain board except Auchenai + Circle or Blademaster + Circle (depending how bad their board is.)

Mana Addicts, in particular, rarely do anything but dying and being a terrible draw turns 5-8. I found myself cursing all my Mana Addict draws except if in the first hand, or the very first/second draws.

The thing that I do like are the Lightwarden with +Health from Divine Spirit or PW:S. I feel some people forgot how to play against Priest (or they don't at all...), and 50% of them will ignore the Lightwarden and it's too late when they realize the Attack bonus is PERMANENT hahahaha. Funny!

All in all, I think I'll revisit this deck and this concept once Naxx and the Dark Cultist are out. This deck will perform so much better with him (probably replacing those Mana Addicts....)

    * When you can win the game, end it. Don't play around and attempt to "show off" how much over-kill you have. That's very childish.

That's the BEST ettiquette rule. It's SO irritating to wait for that freaking MIracle Rogue to show off ALL THE HAND before killing you. It's just ridiculous.

When I can kill an opponent, I just cast whatever is lethal, and let us both move to the next challenge as fast as possible.

posted a message on Leeroy, Ysera or Rag?

I feel right now Leeroy is the best option because the meta is so aggressive and you need to finish your opponent before crazy Leeroy/Force of Nature 14+ damage combos. But Raggy is more consistent I think, as it is always a powerful play if you plan to survive until turn 8-10, can often finish your opponent in 2 turns all by himself, and is not shot down by taunts.

If you like the Shaman and the Mage, you should go Bloodmage Thalnos first. Doesn't look that super-great in the beginning, but it's awesome when you need to guarantee that extra point of damage in a Lightning Storm against zoo or aggro (instead of relying in the RNG of getting a Wrath of Air totem). Or in a Lightning Bolt in a Gadgetzan or Azure Drake.

It also works well for Mages, Druids and Rogues, should you decide to play a different class in the future.

After Thalnos, if you are still sticking to the Shaman, you should also consider Al'Akir. It has immediate impact in the turn it's played with 6 damage you choose where to direct, plus stupid synergy with Flametongue Totem and Rockbitter Weapon. I love the Shaman and recently got Al'Akir from a pack, it has been making all the difference to finish the game with a burst in turn 8-9.
