Yeah, I beat a warrior and a Hunter, both of whom completed their quests and used their tokens. Quests aren't insta-win conditions, just have to play smart and expect them to get it.
took about an hour of on/off logging for it to settle. 1:20 cst right now and I can login without issues. Crashed opening packs about an hour ago as well.
I think I miscommunicated what I meant. I was meaning that you could use some of the menagerie buff cards, like Menagerie Magician, not explicitly a menagerie deck. but I'm not sure what you mean by "it's a druid card" unless you mean Menagerie Warden, but I think this card would fit somewhere in there.
I can understand that if it's less than 5 or 6 wins, new players probably are not going to consistently get 7+, but it makes total sense that people consistently getting 7+ already have the card.
We need less cards awarded after arenas are completed. I don't want to spend my 150g, get 7-12 wins, and then get a common or rare card dupe as a reward. That's ridiculous.
Curious if adding Anubisath Sentinel and taking out Ancient Watcher would be a good play? Mana curve might suffer, but being able to shadowflame that guy if needed would be beneficial. I just have a problem with foreseeing all the issues with removing Watcher, because it's a great card in this deck.
For all the people that say Lord J is a game-winner, it requires some pretty good luck and board control. I keep him in my deck as a heal, but not as a "play when you get him." And usually I wait until his cost comes down from Emperor so I can summon an Infernal. I would craft him, though, over Sylvanas. She can be silenced, or, as I've done before in my druid deck, taken her out with my force of nature so it isn't a gain on my opponent's board. I'm not the greatest, though, just some tips.
Against a mage, it's handy to silence it if it's frozen - that way it takes care of the discard effect, too, but only if there isn't a higher priority target.
I lost a game to a lock where I got fel reaver out on turn 2, but he had a voidwalker and power overwhelming x2 to take it out easily, but burned 12 of my cards. I was frustrated, but the guy or girl played it out really well, so I can't really fault them haha.
You're right, a taunt at the wrong time can really mess with the momentum of this deck. I've gotten further with this deck than any other, though, and I like that I know most of the smart moves for it. Rank 7 right now, but I've been using it since Rank 15, with maybe 8 losses total. My handlock was never that trustworthy.

Grats on the legendary! Some of us didn't get any in MORE than 30 packs!

I'm with you, there. No reason for me to spend my 10k dust on something that ends up not working in a week.

No worries! I like these kinds of conversations because despite playing the game for over 2 years, there's still plenty to learn!

There isn't really a replacement for Boom. And force of nature is a pretty big part of the deck, but something sticky I'd assume.
