Better rename this Shit-stained Swamp Ooze... the card is shit lol
In more serious note, it's more like a boring card while also being pretty bad. Sure it's an expansion not adventure so a few boring designs can be excused but haven't we seen enough of these already in Gadgetzan?

high stats line for a 3-cost card, but you must give your opponent a card of your choice.
Downside: your opponent gain a free card.
Upside: High stats line + you can give your opponent a useless card or atleast you know what does he have.

Giantbane is a Rare Clefthoof in Warlords of Draenor. I choose him because...hey! Giants!
The idea is pretty straight forward, w/o the cost reducing mechanics, most Giants are really mana inefficient if not outright unplayable, hence, GIANTbane. It can also allow you to hinder the crazy combos provided by Emperor Thaurissan, or laugh at your enemy's Loatheb.
Do note this effect goes both way, dropping your own Loatheb with this on the field means your wasted the battlecry.
Edit: Updated a more badass art

because the Ogre's are always being blamed for attacking the wrong target he decided to look on the bright side. also legendary because of the awesome stat line. potentially encourages a self silence decks

Honestly, this deck feels bonkers to me. I've been playing hearthstone since the beginning and usually can pilot my waky home brews to rank 5, then I never have time to grind to legend. But with this deck, it feels so strong, I wouldn't be surprised if I hit legend for the first time with it. I started this season at rank 14 (I wasn't able to play much last month) and in two days I've gone all the way to rank 6 with only 4 losses. (Half of those were because I misplayed the deck)
There are so many cool flex plays with this deck. You can zola/baleful pyromancers vs aggro/token decks, you can mega cycle and finish with double HW vs priest/shaman, you can play for a tempo shirvallah to stablize midgame into a single 25 damage HW to finish vs midrange decks, or you can play for the 4 horsemen against the ultimate tanks like Druid/Warrior.
I even regularly beat control warlock that try to interfere with my combo because it has so much redudancy. No single piece of the deck is critical to all win conditions.

I actually came up with almost the same kind of deck. The dual win condition is fantastic. I often win just by out healing and holy wrath-ing once. But it's nice to know there is an answer to the mega armor matches. My list leans harder on the draw as I included acolyte of pain and lynessa. Here is the list I am running if you're curious.
Edit: Also it is possible to do the 50 damage combo in one turn with this deck if you go:
Setup: 0 mana Shirvallah, Baleful on Shirvallah, Baleful, Zola on Baleful, Baleful
Kill Turn: You draw 1 of 3 Shirvallah naturally, then Holy Wrath and Holy Wrath.

I was toying with a list like Firebat played in the last Omni-stone. It ended up somewhat similar, but with a couple of changes (that I think improve the midgame).

Leeroy costs 5 mana (so you have room for another 1 mana play - you could play another claw for 6 additional damage, or play gravelsnout whatever it's called for 1 mana, and gain another 9 damage hit)

This card is almost purely a midrange card. Midrange decks are great at building big boards which are tough to clear with cheap spells or other minions. They are weak to mass removal. Most mass removal spells are 7/8 mana. This card would give you that 1-2 turns with a big board, required to finish the game (very similar to how Loatheb worked in Midrange decks).

This is not worse than ancestral spirit for battery minions.

Put together a rough spreadsheet to get the stats on this:
Tier 1 - Good Outcome (above the value curve for 7 mana): Blackguard (x4), Cairne Bloodhoof, Damaged Stegatron, Frozen Crusher, Hungry Ettin, Illidan Stormrage, Mechanical Welp - (10 chances total)
Tier 2 - Fine Outcome (will not likely influence win/loss): Sunkeeper Tarim (x4), Archmage, Bone Drake, Bolderfist Ogre, Furnacefire Colossus, Gadgetzan Auctioneer, Hemet Junglehunter, Hogger, Missle Launcher, Necrotic Guist, Nerubian Unraveler, Reckless Rocketeer, Sabretooth Stalker, Spark Drill, The Beast, Windfury Harpy - (19 chances total)
Tier 3 - Bad Outcome (below the value curve for 7 mana): Crystal Lion (x4), Glowstone Tech (x4), Arcane Dynamo, Argent Commander, Frost Elemental, Genn Greymane, Lord of the Arena, Mossy Horror, Priestess of Elune, Skulking Guist, Spell Weaver, Sunwalker, The Black Knight - (19 total Chances)
According to the stats - you should on average see at least a Tier 1 pick in 50.4% of Discovers and at least a Tier 2 pick in 93.8% of plays. I tried to take the cards with situational value into account since they are likely to be picked and valuable when the situation calls. (A lesson I learned from my analysis of all Zombeasts back in the day)

I think this will work in an odd warrior. You can pull Baku or the Direhorns. It could be drawn with the Town Crier if you have a rush package. Plus odd warrior got that 3 mana execute on a stick. You can shoehorn a few dragons in (especially Amalgam which is also a mech)
Here is a rough draft:
(I imagine more dragons will be incoming - haha imagine dragons)
