I started an account 4 days ago for my son to play someday. Tough brawl for that account. Played 6 games before I got a win with a rough galakrond warrior.

I also have been playing since beta. I don't see myself ever quitting. I like you have had frustrations with things from time to time. Bad metas, bad bugs, bad whatever. The bottom line is I am committed and know that things will always turn around again in the near future. Honestly it feels a bit like my marriage/life. I have gotten so much joy and fun from this game. Honestly whether I can play it a lot or just a bit here and there. It will always be worth it to me. If not this month, probably next month or the one after that. Daily quests have never been easier and more rewarding. Pre-orders feel more worth it. Even if they increased the cost above what I wanted to pay, I would still play free to play.

Sindragosa sounds kinda bonkers in the early game. If you don't tavern up and keep freezing you get +3/+3 in stats free each turn. In the early game that is really strong. In the late game it is still a few stats here and there. Especially in triples, as you often freeze your tripling minion and all buffs are kept when combining minions into golden.

This deck is sweet. Uses Beastmaster and the awesome draw power of Plot twist to power up all the beast in hand. Nightmare Amalgam serves double duty as Beast and Demon so it can be drawn with Sense Demons along with your free healing.

I couldn’t help but hear the line “masters of plotting and scheming” in the teaser and think how much “Scheme” sounded like a real candidate for a new keyword. Possibly deck manipulation of some sort like the cards from the time event recently.
What do you think? What could Scheme be as a keyword.

New PVE mode
- Uses Puzzle Lab interface
- the various npcs can be unlocked by gaining prestige.
- Each npc offers a quest chain and a reward of prestige for accomplishing it.
- These quests are built off the dailies system
- Quests can only be completed within the PVE modes.
- Only 1 guild quest can be active at once but it can be deactivated at any time
- Quests may require defeating a boss with a specific class, defeating x of a type of creatures within 1 battle. Taking x damage in a battle, dealing x damage in a battle, achieving a unique board state, win specific battles with specific cards, achieve x wins within a PVE "run", etc.
- Set reward chests unlock at certain prestige levels. Other items may be directly purchasable with points.
- New quests and npcs wings can be added to this mode with subsequent expansions or once yearly
- Quest chains of individual npcs are linear however the order of completing npcs chains is non-linear
- The last quest for each npc should be quite difficult and have a larger prestige reward.
Share ideas for quests (think PVE achievements) or comments/criticisms regarding this idea.

Well for example the three uncover cards you have are a beast weapon that resummons a minion. If you played those three and then cast uncover, what kind of card are you getting ..also the bit about the stats options is unclear.
As for chain, does each chain have its own trigger or will any set of commonalities trigger it? If it is specific, it should be made more clear, like:
Chain Taunt minions to give them all Divine Shield.
Chain 1-attack minions to give them all +1 attack.

My feeling here is also that i loose most games due to mistakes or bad decisions. the deck feels like 1-2 cards picked right and it´s well playable in ladder. I have an even pala and odd mage that i am shure they are realy good as well as i know i could play a hunter to climb but still try to make this going .... It´s more fun ;-).
As said if i can manage over 50% at R5 all is good for me. The last thing i will do is Copy&Past a T1 netdeck. It´s totaly unsatisfying even it it 60+% winrate. I will play somethign own to beat that deck.

My answer was going to be Fireball, but I guess we're ignoring class cards. I'd also like to say it's Chillwind Yeti - the card that started it all, in terms of vanilla balance comparisons - but Magma Rager has the super meme factor. Stonetusk Boar also sees more use than any of them, so there's that as well. I guess it's one of those two.

For my take on the Monk faction, I'm going with a new mechanic, Chi.
Chi basically works as a stacking resource that can be used to boost the power of your cards. The cards gain you Chi up to a max of (4), and cannot stack further until spent. Monks also rely on healing and Armor, which is why they are a more tanky-ish class. They can take advantage of this and make sure to use the most out of their Chi cards.
Chi is visualised as a green Chi Sphere in the bottom center of your hero's portrait, which shows how much Chi (from 0-4) you currently have. At (1) Chi, the orb appears in bright green and gives off a faint glow. Fast forward to max (4) Chi, the glow is stronger and the number of Chi turns green to show that you've reached max Chi capacity. If you were to spend all of your Chi, the Sphere will turn dark and the glow will dissapear, as well as the counter reaching number 0.
The three faction cards belonging to Monks are the following:
P.S: "Gain Chi" cards gain you (1) Chi.

Death Knight Faction
As a Hearthstone player, when I read the reasoning behind the Death Knight faction, I immediately thought of the Naxxramas adventure. As such, my cards will be a throwback to Naxxramas (RIP in Wild), without allowing constructed level Naxxramas plays.
Explanations, if you want:
Necropolis Scout - Balanced against Swashburglar and Babbling Book. Should be a pretty good card, as both of the existing cards this is based on see play. It should be noted that this can actually produce a Death's Bite, since it says, "deathrattle card" instead of, "deathrattle minion". The list of possible drops is as follows: Haunted Creeper, Nerubian Egg, Unstable Ghoul, Sludge Belcher, Dancing Swords, Deathlord, Mad Scientist, Zombie Chow, Anub'ar Ambusher, Webspinner, Voidcaller, Death's Bite, Dark Cultist, Stalagg and Feugen
Necropolis Merchant - Balanced against Netherspite Historian. Again, this allows you to get your hands on the Naxxramas set again, but in very limited supply. This also goes along with the factions' "Rare card has Discover", albeit rather loosely. This is consistent enough to get a good card from Naxxramas, but inconsistent enough to disallow the so called "cancer" from the good old days.
Mr. Bigglesworth - Stats are based off the boss card, Mr. Bigglesworth (I think it's OK that my card has the same name as a boss card). This is the most interesting card of my creation, I think. Not only is it a great reference to Kel'Thuzad's personality (HOW DARE YOU KILL MY KITTY???), it is a great way to bring back the actual card without doing a complete reprint. The reason he costs less than Kel'Thuzad himself is because you basically spend an entire turn doing nothing (what's a 6 mana 1/1 gonna do?). I believe that a delayed effect like this should cost less because your opponent can brace for it. An example of this in-game is Twilight Summoner, with ~6 mana worth of stats, but costs 4 mana because of the horrible distribution. Also, Kel'Thuzad is linked multiple times just for reference.

The Demon Hunter
Hunting Party summons a minion which represents each class, thus enabling tribal synergy; a beast for hunter, a demon for warlock and a pirate for rogue. Hunting Party has a similar role to Kabal Courier or Lotus Agents in their respective set.
The Demon Hunter is symbolized through each card. Hunting Party represents his vocation; a hunter and a tracker. Vengeful Fighter embodies his strength as a fighter, both strong and graceful. Selenas Heartstriker represents his furious demonic form.
The unifying mechanic is «Whenever your hero takes damage on your turn, do X.» Just like demon hunters who use fel energy to strengthen their powerful attacks, your hero needs to drain his energy to trigger strong effects. Each class has a way to activate this mechanic: hunters and rogues have access to weapons, and warlocks have plenty of ways to hurt themselves.
