We did. March 30th. BUT, that was just before the expansion release, which had new murlocs, and this one happens on the day of the Mini Set release, which also has more murlocs.
So it's kinda new, assuming you play Warlock or Shaman.
Grasping at straws here, I know. :P

Wow! I had so much fun playing this list.
I just got finished crushing an opponent that was playing Warrior. Felt very nice to win.

Holy crap, that addition worked so well for me. Just won two games BECAUSE of that addition.
The Ring Toss thing you mentioned happened because of a C'Thun card and in the other game I just kept a clean board because of the kill a minion along with the 6/6 taunt PLUS the 3 damage to all minions.

I'm with you there. I remember ages ago when I first began playing Hearthstone in the Classic days I ALWAYS felt a rush of excitement when I saw gold as I hovered over a card that was about to be flipped in the pack opening. I kind of feel sorry for new players - that feeling may be dead for awhile or at least it'll come with a sense of fear/relief surrounding this card.
Personally, I'm AGAINST this. Unless this card is the new secret OP I'll likely continue to feel this way. But hey, thankfully this is an online game and not a card game. I won't be pulling this PoS card every 12 packs or whatever the legendary drop rates are at nowadays. Once you pull it once (normal + golden) you'll never open this again. If this is a free legendary at the start of the set or whatever - I'll feel a little disappointed but in the end I'm cool with it because I'll have the full set day one with my giant pre order and mountains of gold that I've saved.

I'm a fan of this card. It reminds me of the days that I played Magic the Gathering. I feel that the card is extremely strong.. but it comes with an obvious downside as well. I am looking forward to milling our decks into nothing.

I'm 500% with you! Holy shit, this feels good.
I came to Hearthstone from Magic many, many years ago. Well, I stopped playing Magic all those years ago and didn't touch a card game until Hearthstone became a thing. I LOVED playing Black control. It was tons of fun destroying your opponent's deck/forcing discards. Forcing your opponent play their game off balance always felt invigorating.
This card and cards like it have my FULL support!! Just as long as there isn't a Hunter/Druid/Priest/Paladin/Demon Hunter version of it at least. Those classes just feel synergistic with that type of deck idea.

If a tavern brawl is quicker than a normal game the answer would've been anybody wanting 100 gold the quickest. Now without gold/xp (in nonranked games) the answer will prolly be nobody unless they decide to make it worthwhile in some other fashion.
