By making good calls and putting the resources you have to good use.
Unless you're very unlucky with a mulligan (doesn't happen that often but luck is a common factor for every player and affects us all the same way) CW has an answer to everything. It's like a game of chess, every move has to be optimal, and this only comes with practice and experience. Spending something too soon (say, an Execute or a Shield Slam on that Twilight Drake vs. Handlock) will get you punished later if the opponent makes better judgement calls than you.
You are playing CW the wrong way then. I'm 7-1 vs. Paladins with this deck, and out of these 8 games, 7 were Secredin. It's definitely a favorable match for CW.
Edit: actually, I'm 6-2 vs. Paladins (which is 75%, good enough). Proof:
Rank 15 to 8 here after 26 games, 79% winrate. If I had to guess, I'd say you're misplaying the deck, search for a few CW videos on YouTube to get the feeling of the mulligans and the judgment calls with most cards! The last time I played a solid CW deck as this was before Naxx, and I only play CW. Good luck!
I love Control Warrior, I only play it actually. But I don't see how this card is better than Aviana, can someone explain it to me? With Aviana you at least have more control of the outcome, and there's just too much value you can get out of her with Innervation and Emperor, since the cards affected by it will cost 0.
Edit: another advantage of Aviana is that you don't lose your battlecries.
the other is that this card gets hit by BGH, so if that happens it becomes a 10 mana draw 3 cards, which ruins its value.
Even if BGH, it won't be "10 mana draw 3 cards" because if you happen to draw a minion (the way CW is built now, odds are almost 2 out of the 3 cards will always be a minion), it gets some value back!
Did you guys noticed it says "give a MINION taunt" instead of "a friendly minion"? Black Knight will get a lot of value out of this card, it's an extra removal for control warrior that despite costing 8 mana, will make you kill any target in the board plus leaving in your side 2 decent bodies. I like it!

Watching good players playing CW also helps!

Will the enemy be able to see the cards drawn that go into the player's hand instead?

Gorehowl will see plays with this. Also the new taunt options for Warrior can protect this card, creating value out of it.
