Ive been running this deck on & off in wild legend . This deck absolutely dumpsters Reno Priest or any late game deck really . Very situational . I play Rogue almost exclusively for climbing , so I run this badboy when I run into too many priests and/or late game meta. Cant climb with it though, does terrible vs. aggro meta. It's meme status, I wouldnt dump precious dust into crafting this (Unless you really love Rogue class like me), but no one ever sees it coming.
I've played alot of variations of discardlock, and this feels the weakest(Playing @ rank 4-5).
The Good: - Archer + Lord Godfrey is freakin' nuts. Guaranteed turn 8 swing if you're in a pickle. -Archer + defile, no explanation needed - Archer gives you many more avenues to set up for the Howlfiend/discard combo
The Bad: - Has too much single-target removal (Siphon soul, voodoo doll) . I cut these 2 cards for a 2nd Doomsayer(Doomsayer+ Treachery is reliable/cheap board-clear) and a twisting Nether.
- No clear win condition. After the howlfiend combo, the deck sputters along like a car on empty.
I played about ~30 games at rank 5. Running 2x Howlfiends vs. 1x makes deck very hard/clunky to pilot, but I stuck with it for 30 games to see if it's viable. Alot of my games boiled down to this scenario: I play the howlfiend combo, I completely wreck his hand. My opponent doesn't have much to play, but neither do I. This deck has no late game cards(Lich King, Elise, Rin First Disciple, etc.). So we trade turns, not doing much, with me hoping I draw my DK so I can start putting pressure on him. By then, he has recharged his hand somewhat, and the effect of the howlfiend combo isn't felt anymore. It FeelsBadMan to lose games not because you got outplayed, but because you have 0 cards to pressure the opponent with.
Don't get me wrong, Playing the Howlfiend combo never gets old, but there are superior discard-lock versions out there that kick ass late-game, like HSdogdog's version: AAECAf0GCooB7QXbBooHxcwCks0Cws4Cl9MC2+kCnPgCCpIHtgebwgLnywKuzQL3zQLy0AKI0gLY5QLo5wIA
I'm slowly climbing with this deck(Broke out of rank 5 and I'm creeping up 4 atm). Been looking for a Viable Tess deck for ages, this fits the bill. Nice job.

I haven't seen him run jeraxus on stream lately, list is slightly outdated, but it's the best one I can find on Hearthpwn.
