Don't use this against Lazul... I should have checked before I found out she revives with a new deck and 50 health. Otherwise, I crushed her and burned her C'thun.
I love standard, I really do, but it is tiring since the limited card pool results in 2-3 overplayed decks.
Wild is rarely repetitive and always exciting, since everyone has access to the craziest, most broken builds out there... so long as you have the cards to build with.
I think depending on how committed you are to wild, you could invest a small amount of gold/dust/cash to cards and packs from the past, specifically cards that are useful year after year (Loatheb, Sylvanas, Ragnaros, etc.). As new sets come out, you can figure out your best course of spending your different currencies between standard and wild-only cards and packs.
Short version: wild is worth it if you're not going to change your mind about it in 6 months.
I hit legend for the first time a few days ago, and I have to say, based on my experience at dumpster legend ranks, the majority of my opponents have been Rogue.
In rack, I would say Rogue would easily be the most common class I played against from Rank 5 through to where I am now.
I would imagine that Hunter would be much more common at higher ranks though since it's a cheap deck and therefore more accessible to a lot of players.
I think pretty much all the most trusted data shows rogue consisting of at least 1/4 of ladder as a whole. Legend supposedly has over 35% rogues (as reported by Vicious Syndicate in their last report, #151). Hunter is doing well, but honestly rogue is better, just requires more flexibility since it's biggest source of power is the value it generates through things like 0-cost cards (Galakrond and Wand off of Toggwaggle) and stolen class cards. I faced a rogue the other day that used 4 other classes to beat me, because all their own base cards had nothing I couldn't handle.
You made some good points as to why you're leaving, so it's a little sad you're leaving now that you've only recently begun posting.
Good luck on the dad stuff, though! Hearthstone has been a favorite of mine while dealing with kids at night, like rocking them back to sleep and the like, so hopefully some time away helps you find either a new game or a break to let you come back with a renewed enjoyment.
P.S. - I don't "have a YouTube" per say, just found this was an easy way to share clips, since I've never done it before. Any better ways that you or anyone else knows of?
It was a cute gag as far as the "story" behind the brawl goes, and the format is fine if not a bit stale.
What was stupid was the reward, or more precisely the timer. As far as I can remember, timed adventure brawls always give rewards for certain thresholds being passed. This one included the timer and then nothing? And the pack was rewarded after the very first win.
Seemed... kinda slapped together, which is unfortunate. I was hoping for something a tiny bit grander at the end.
Oh well, now we wait to see if the solo adventure holds up. I'm excited to get back to the old format!

had a time getting a turn 1 concede with Pogo Hoppers on my first match. Decided it was my last match before the copycats flooded the whole mode
interactivity: 0/10
replayability: 0/10 (playing is a relative term here)
ez pack: 10/10
Bad brawl design (no variation once everyone catches on to what's busted good), but thanks for rewarding my laziness, Blizzard. A cool 135 dust.

outrageous tempo value for quest decks, but it's best suited for Unseal the Vault imo. I've had huge success with Gen'ral

Still a little buggy. I got looped by Bob a couple times but eventually it just worked.
And still, there's no additional reward for completing a run? What's the point of running the full 8 bosses besides a cute joke?
Again, this brawl was disappointing at best, just with fewer game-breaking bugs.

Here's a clip of me crushing Avalanchan: https://youtu.be/EmLcnSYIddg

Just decimated every boss with this that I faced, especially Avalanchan and Kriziki
Thanks for sharing!

Busted good for reno dragon hunter. A cheaper Highmane with Deadly Shot.

eh, interesting tool for control shaman. Still keeps them about as RNG as control gets.

Seems pretty good. Wild that Deathstalker Rexxar can pull this in Build-a-Beast. This and Crackling Razormaw will be best buds.
