It's a budget ROGUE deck. If you compare it to any rogue variation, you are going to see it's like half the dust cost.

All valid choices. Twilight Summoner is also a great tech - his synergy with Shadowcaster & Raptor is awesome, and you can very oftn get 2+ 5/5 after a brawl, wich is huge on our worse matchup. Keep me posted on how it works for you!

So guys, added Deck Tracker Stats to show you guys that this deck really shines against Zoo, Druid and Shamans. Better then taking my word for it right? It also shows you how bad the warrior matchup is (at least in my hands haha =P). Overall, i think for a budget deck it's pretty good. It's all about being in the right metagame.

So guys, every month i'm trying to build a Rank 5 viable deck, and this month i'm experimenting with rogues.

I finally hit Rank 5 yesterday, so i decided to share this list!

It is very cheap - no epics or class legendaries - pretty good for people that are on a budget like me.

The best matchups are Druids (Almost 90% winrate), Warlocks and Shamans(60%+). It does ok versus Paladins, Priests, Hunters and other Rogues, and absolutely suck against Warriors and Mages =3

We draw by using our deathrattles, try to keep the board using the classic rogue tempo cards, and finish the game with the cards we find on Journey Below, or by playing N'zoth.

I did hit rank 5 with this list and i really recommend you guys try it if you are facing too many Warlocks and Shamans. It is cheap, and works!

 What's up everyone! I'm back again, after a little absence. Sorry about that.

First i would like to thank you guys for that incredible 390+ likes on this deck. I'm so happy with that much support i can't even explain.

Well, here comes the news: I finally got to rank 5 in the current season! And unfortunately, it was not playing priest.

For me this priest list is still very good, and i did reach rank 5 with it in the last season, but it seems like the metagame has way more aggro decks now (Zoo, Aggro Shaman, Hunters, and so on) than it had back then. And i'm not here to lie to you - i'm really trying to help everyone get to rank 5.

I tried lots of changes in this list, including running 2x Auchenai Circle, Holy novas, and so on, but the winrate does not seem to be as consistent as it was before (when we could face more control decks - our best matchups by far).

Hearing Zetalot's podcast on how the priest class is weak right now did not help it either.

Anyways, i still wanted to bring you guys something new this month, and i did! I made you a Rogue deck (lol)!

And it's not your usual list - i made you a Rogue deck without Class Specific Legendaries or Epic cards. And it's not even an aggro list - it's a standard tempo / rattle deck. Very cheap, and very effective!

I took it to rank 5 yesterday, and i'm very happy to present it to you. It's not expensive, and can face Zoo / Aggro Shaman with a lot more consistency than i expected. So if any of you guys are willing to try it out, i would be very happy!

If you always wanted to play rogue, but did not want to expend dust on those legendaries.. Problem solved!

Sylv is very strong friend, and very hard to replace. If you have Cairne he's an average replacement (Good deathrattle) and same mana cost - he just don't force your opponent into an unfavorable trading mode like sylv does.

Or it might be just because i'm a non-pro myself, and after 26 seasons i finally got to rank 5. But i guess it's way easier to believe that i'm a "clickbait specialist" trying to gain "a ton of upvotes" reaching for players at lower ranks than to believe i just made a deck people actually like. If the likes are there because it's fun or because it's good, what's wrong with that?

It's not like i'm lying to anyone. How many "90% winrate" decks have you played that go like 55-65% winrate? That is clickbaiting. What i'm doing here is not, and although i respect your opinion, it's just plainfully wrong.

The fact that aggro decks give this list a hard time is hardly surprising - as aggro gives PRIEST a hard time overall - and when i made the list i actually had a fighting chance (instead of insta-conceding to every hunter, shaman and warlock out there). And for me that is an improvement (a small one - but it's there).

I'm sorry the deck title makes you so unconfortable - i just ask you to please don't judge things the way you are doing - makes me seem like a "smartass" trying to trick people into upvoting this, and that was never my intention.

But enough with this, you have your right to think the way you do, i just feel bad about it. And about the new deck, i'm lacking time to play and i am around rank 11 right now, but as soon as i climb to 5 i'll post the new deck here (this time with stats). That is the reason i'm not updating this list anymore.

I actually think for current metagame, auch circle (or embrace circle) are a must. Cabals are very strong, and crazed worshipper is pretty good, unfortunately not so good because of removal like that hunter spell that removes one random minion (and usually he is alone on the board). But is a good tech, gratz man!

Yeah, like the deck never had 0 upvotes right? People are voting from day 1 just because it has a "Clickbait title". Let's just ignore how many people reached rank 5 with it, and the how many PM's i got of people happy that they hit Rank 5 for the first time.

This deck is getting a bit old and i'm even working on a new one. I posted it because i reached rank 5 for the first time with it - and so did many people.

If you don't like it, downvote it, it's your right. Just don't say 350+ people are liking the deck because it has a "Clickbait title". Saying that is as unfair as it gets. 

Also, auch circle is a great inclusion yes. At the time i made this deck the ladder did not have as many aggro decks on it as it has right now (remember the deck is getting kinda old and is from last season). Since i made it late in the season, i guess all the aggro dudes were above my rank (it's a possibility). 

Looks competetive and fun! I'll try it out. Sounds like from what you said though that the meta is bad for it now, theres many warriors and hunters.

One of the funniest deck I've ever played! I named it "Power of The Old Gods" on my collection..let's try this on ladder then :)

I made some changes and the deck got better:

-2 Northshire Cleric
-1 Emtomb

+2 Cabal Shadow Priest
+1 Crazed Worshipper

I think Northshire Cleric is usuless without Circle of Healing and you have enough draws with 2 Museum Curator, 2 Shifting Shade and 2 Power Word: Shield. By the way, Cabak and Worshipper are amazing versus aggros decks.

This deck is great and a lot of fun. Can be hard against aggro if you don't draw excavated evil but otherwise it's really good. But I was wondering if there was any room in the deck for emperor thaurissan? It seems like he'd be good in a deck with a lot of 5,6, and 10 cost stuff. Also I just got forbidden shaping and was wondering what's a good card to take out so I could put that in?
