thazud posted a message on N'Zoth Leper Attack!Posted in: N'Zoth Leper Attack! And here we have another example of a narrow minded, WR focused player.
"I PLAY TWO GAMES WITH THIS DECK AND I DID NOT WIN. FUCK THIS DECK"
Of course this is not a tier 1 deck but at the very least it is something new.

Horkinger posted a message on Inconsistencies in the interactions of "Anti-Secret" and Mage SecretsPosted in: MageQuote from ilnosferatu >>Quote from ilnosferatu >>Another inconsistency I've found is when facing a Potion of Polymorph and having Jungle Giants, playing a 5+ power minion doesn't count for the quest, so it seems secrets trigger before quests.
That's not inconsistent, its actually perfectly consistent with the card text. Potion of Polymorph triggers and completes its effect before the minion is fully summoned. Jungle Giants waits until after that. Its the same reason cards like Celestial Dreamer and any Adapt minion work for the Quest. But Potion of Polymorph says "after" not "when", meaning the minion would've already been summoned when it triggers, unlike battlecries which triggers before the card enters play, hence why Eater of Secrets and Kezan Mystic works against secrets. This is wrong. The after play phase is finished before the after summon phase. That's why the transformation into a sheep is in effect before the check of Jungle Giants. And Battlecries do not trigger before the minion enters play. For details: -

Chantry posted a message on Hearthstone Patch 11.4 - Boomsday Pre-Order, Midsummer 2.0, Card ConsistencyPosted in: NewsFor those unhappy about the new skin being stuck behind a paywall, I suggest you follow these instructions for "Home Brew Mecha Jaraxxus"
1) Build a Warlock Deck with Jaraxxus in it.
2) Play the deck from step 1, and survive long enough to cast Jaraxxus.
3) Cast Jaraxxus!
4) Using a metallic silver permanent marker, "update" Jaraxxus to include his mechanical parts. You'll need to draw right on your screen.
5) Open your speaker and physically damage the internal components. If done correctly, this will cause the sound to be garbled and mech-like. You may need to try this on several sets of speakers or several different devices to get the desired effect.
6) Enjoy your Home Brew Mecha-Jaraxxus without giving Blizzard 80 dollars!
7) Bonus: To play as HBMJ again, simply repeat step 2 and 3!
8) Double Bonus: All of your other Heroes will be able to enjoy the permanently added mechanical upgrades and the new mech-like sound from now on!

Amazing! Pre-Purchasing as soon as I can to get the full 800% value!

Can you post your winrates? I started using this on Rank 9 and now sit at Rank 4 with about 58%.
Also please note what specifically didn't work, I think there are some reasonable suggestions what to substitute when facing certain decks in the comments.
Even being harder to play than a lot of decks you should be able to achieve a higher winrate than 25%.

Call it Velygos. Please.

...and at least 3 other cards have previously been played and the game lasted for 9 turns. Doesn't seem that crazy tbh.

I think this is the right approach, considering the number of quest druid decks it also doesn't seem to be too much of an issue really.

Wasn't it all about the Epic?

damn, that was cold.

While I don't think they will change the hero power I think the mana-increase for Call to Arms and Spiteful Summoner is reasonable. I like the idea with Dark Pact, that prevents the current double-swing in terms of cheating minions out while getting out of the kill-range.

That comment was quite uneggspected.

I think it's not that easy. Your suggested fix would mess with other mechanics like Pala-Handbuffs and Keleseth.
