The Stonetusk Boar combos are faster and more consistent, you may want to check this deck https://www.hearthpwn.com/linkout?remoteUrl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.hearthstonetopdecks.com%2fdecks%2fboar-hunter-akatsu-ashes-of-outland%2f
The Boar combo package (2x Scavenger's, Boars, Scrapshots, Ramkahens) is also good enough to work stand-alone in hybrid decks as long as you don't have other beasts of course, like this one (not mine, not tacking credit here) https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1345464-tempo-boar-hunter-legend-deck-65-win-rate-not-otk
I actually got legend on EU with that hybrid, as long as you are not facing too many Warriors it really does work, although it can be a bit inconsistent at times. But dropping Ram + two 4/4 Boars on turn 5 and going face against a DH that suddenly has to start trading is a feeling that's worth the troubles lol
I'm experimenting now with a combo package that includes Zixor, Scavenger's, 2x Diving Gryphon, 2x Ramkahens, 1x Thundra and 1x Webreaver - you're basically guaranteed to draw the Prime by turn 8 with those double tutors, I even got an OTK charge combo with a 0-cost Thundra in one game too... we'll see lol.

Frozen Throne Class Legendary Power Ranking:
1. Rotface. Great card. Warrior synergy. RNG.
2. Hadronox. Great with all the new taunt options for Druid.
3. Sindragosa. Super card. Unfortunately, there are already a billion super high-mana cards for Mage to play. Can't play 'em all. Opens a new type as a dragon, though.
4. Professor Putricide. Free secret, and a soft taunt. The secret is random, so the opponent has to play around all the crazy secrets that never get play. Value!
5. Archbishop Benedictus. I'm told that he's good in the right hands. I haven't seen him used effectively yet. I'll stick him in the middle.
6. Lilian Voss. RNG is always fun. Stats are fine for the cost. Not bad.
7. Bolvar, Fireblood. Tough to get a good combo with him. Even for that 1-in-a-million hand where you manage to combo him well, all you get is a big minion. Kinda like Galvadon. He looks amazing, though. Points for that.
8. Moorabi. Just too pricey for the small effect. Gets small bonus for being a knife-wielding troll, though.
9. Blood-Queen Lana'thel. How many times can you discard before you discard this card? If you push your luck, you might get a 5-cost 4/6 with lifesteal. That's a best case scenario, and it's not really a game changer

Everyone seems to like this card. It's a nice design - forces us to pick between to great hero powers.
But...no one plays it. Dinomancy should be a 1-cost card. 2 mana for Hunter is too expensive. You really want to play this early game, but you can't because Hunter HAS to get something on the board early.
As a 2-cost card, you almost want to mulligan it away.

My first 12-win deck! I can't claim much credit. I had 2 eviscerates, 2 vilespline, 1 envenom, and 1 assassinate. Only 1 big minion - a volcanosaur. Card draw with Sprint and Mimic.
In addition to those cards, the discover cards consistently gave me great options.

How do you make a dinosaur expansion and forget to put good dinosaurs in it?

My experience as a f2p:
Started over two years ago. Lost constantly to decks full of legendaries (Sylvannas into Boom into Grommash into Nefarian into...). You think about legendaries, but it also takes a year just to get the rares you need. Took me forever to get Eaglehorn Bow and Savannah Highmane.
I think I only stuck with it because I had enough "hearthstone" type moments where I won a game I should have lost or topdecked the perfect card. It did feel good to beat the decks with all the cards, even if it happened infrequently. Plus, HS would kick in the occasional "free" legendaries from adventures. Those were really nice to have. Loatheb!
Arena was great, and so was tavern when it started. Those are places a f2p can still experience the fun cards.
Eventually, I had some legendaries (Maly was my first and Doom was my first craft).
Early on, I was sure I was losing simply because I didn't have the cards that others had. Turns out I was right. My rank has grown slowly with my collection over the years. Skill and strategy is basic enough that it comes really quickly. The collection comes slowly.
Un'goro has been tough because so many of the good cards are legendaries or epics. On the other hand, just about any cheap aggro deck does fine in un'goro. When they announced quests, I thought for sure they would give one random quest free to everyone. They wouldn't introduce a new mechanic and not make it available to everyone, right?

I hope my stampede includes a tundra rhino.

Change him, then. It's a crime for Krush to be unplayable, especially in a dinosaur expansion. Best intro in the game.

Only one thing matters in un'goro - King Krush must be playable. You can't have a dinosaur expansion that doesn't involve the King.

I spend all my gold on arena, so I only get old gods packs now. I would like to see the reward RNG's between whispers and classic. How else will I ever get my Savannah Highmane!
