    posted a message on Community Nerf Suggestions [Wild Edition]

    Doign well in wild this past year.

    On secret mage the main issue is the lackey that can allow too much of a  tempo swing in the early game/board clears vs agro. Tweaking him to 2 mana as suggested will help the metagame. But to be honest this past week in top 100 legends I have seen 0 secret mages.

    Raza priest nerf it back to 1 mana like before. This will allow for more interesting reno list that does not rely that much on the hero's power. And I have a golden raza but used it a nice amount already and can be interesting to remake new builds.

    Kingsbane is not the issue, nitro boost is. I have been trying other weapons instead of kingsbane just to experiment and scimitar, togwagle pick perdition blade, odd  rogue does also quite well winning games at 70-32 legend. Rogue got too much good draw in scholomance and nitroboost took it to the top.  No idea what can be nerfed, maybe nitroboost gets standard nerfed. Yes the burst it can do now is crazy good. you can easily do 10 + weapon you had for 3 mana.

    Darkglare. If they nerf broom because of standard the deck is hurt a lot. I do not see other realistic nerf that will put it down, due to the other cards being used in standard and still fine there.

    Big priest, It is very polarising and annoying match up, but not such a good deck. Even if I hate this deck I do not see any nerf that will not kill it, too fragile.

    I did my own calculations, while keeping a look of my collection. Counting each golden card by his count of dust needed to create divided by 400 (8 legendary, 4 epic, 2 rare, 1 common) Most expansions were around 90-110 points of opened golden cards for all the expansions of the past 2 years (less from before because they did not had prepurchases.).

    Not a real change over time.

    Please stop printing mroe highlander cards, if they make 2 neutrals +1 class highlander class each year, we ll finish with decks of 10 highlander cards in wild. Already mage have access to 6 highlander cards even thought they only use 4-5.

    The cards should be considered for both formats. 

    So far we had 2 nerfs of standard cards because of wild and both present HUGE risk for standard balance in the future. 

    Darkglare will fueled self damage decks and limit the cards they could print with that effect.

    Hysteria limits the cards that activated whenever this minion attacks etc.. 

    Wild main issue right now is secret mage consistency, and I am sure it is not getting nerfed soon because blizzard does not nerf wild quite often

    Play kingsbane, it is the only counter to the deck.

    1. the damage comes from the weapon so it has very few minion health on board to do an early turn 6 combo.

    2. You do not care of him clearing your board normally your minions already did their job once played.

    3.The burst of kingsbane is insane I arrive to have done over 20 damage burst in 1 turn.

    1400 to 185 in a few hours.

    It is a good deck against any board centric deck. you can not leave any more than 7 health on board. by turn 7 ( 2 dummies + the other pieces)

    but it is VERY easy to play around it with a deck like kingsbane that counters it directly. Went up 700 ranks in 2 hours (1400-670) with kingsbane rogue, and I am not the only one playing kingsbane rogue to counter it. There is a lot of kingsbane and this OTK and some old decks from time to time (secret mage, renopriest).

    It is strong, and a tier 1? yes but it is easily counterable by decks with burn to face, they do not run taunts.

    If they announced the set and release the same week is such a PR catastrophe! it will be losing all the hype of reveals season etc... If today they do not announce anything I think the chances of a 21th release are slim... 

    It is a mini expansion they can not just releases like a nerfs patch

    posted a message on HOW MANY PEOPLE REACH LEGEND IN BOTH WILD AND STANDARD IN ONE MONTH??

    In the month of August there was around 7k legends in wild, began that month with 11 stars bonus after finishing top 200 and decided to rank with a only golden legendaries deck with an incredible 38% winrate in over 300 games. IT took me months to recover my mmr since , finsihed again topo 200 last month and peaked this month at legend 69, but began memeing again and back to top 500 ( tonk hunter is bad in high legend...). In standard I have seen people up to 30k in my friend list. (EU server)

    NA is a smaller server, and Asia even smaller. The HUGHE server is China, in both wild and standard they have over 100k legends. There 5 chinese wild legend for 1 wild legend in all the other regions combined.

    posted a message on Thank you Reward Track! More Gold than ever

    Also the extra legendaries are great. First time with only the bundles and gold I completed the full set. (had 4k gold from last xpac and spent 3k from the track) Also spend another 2k on shcolomance packs digging for nerfed cards.  I have some 1k saved and making from dailies, weekly and 2 hours on average an healthy 500 gold a week.

    But with the extra mini expansion it might be tricky.

    If you want to counter all it is very hard.

    Big priest and Razakus die to most combo/otk decks. Like malygos druid, otk paladin, Murloc otk and others, even mill rogue.

    The problem is that those same decks get destroyed by secret mage because of iceblock and counterspell.

    On the other hand decks that counter secret mage like odd warrior loose very badly against the priest decks.

    So you can not have both.

    If you want a good deck that has a fair chanced against ALL the decks in the meta I will go with kingsbane rogue, as people stopped putting weapon removal (except some very greedy and weird odd warriors) you can burst them with the weapons and control the board with the pirates.
