    If you don't have VanCleef and Bloodmage putting 2 Annoy-O-Trons is a nice way :) I was playing with them before crafted legendaries.

    Cutpurse can play in aggro rogue only. And based on my experience it can play good only on first turn with coin when there are no any minions on table. In other situations it just got instakilled.

     Not a choice. Bloodmage is good for both his abilities for its cost. One separate ability for 2 cost is not going good for this deck.
    So if you don't have Bloodmage take second Farseer or Healbot (if you was playing without it) or even a Belcher, they are pretty good vs Tempo mages, facehunts and paladins.
    And as for this exact deck second Shredder is musthave, so that will be best replacement.
