They are extremely fast in fixing bugs, dust refunds & glitches but extremely slow in fixing things that will make them lose money. Those portrait bundles sells a lot.

Thanks for your research. Seems like the best way to open packs and do tasks is by next year were in you get the equal amount of random coins from task/packs for both new and old mercs.

Honestly, I think this would have been the perfect time to introduce the first Neutral skin. Any class could be C'Thun.

Well, I guess because C'Thun druid is probably the most succesful C'Thun deck of them all if you look at Wild. But yeah when you go into a game and you see C'Thun, you would never think it would be a Druid. Imagine the shock on new players. "Why does this warlock keep hitting me in the face?"

It means that it is Christmas and they also have to close the financial statements after the harassment and Blizz believes that people are stupid cows from which they can receive milk. 

This is the issue. Why should you adjust the game before Christmas when you can leave it broken and if the people want to play with the new characters full they have to spend a lot of money? It Christmas, people like to spend their money in this period and we have to close a terrible financial statement after the recent harassments. Our share values dropped from 79,35 per share to 60,31 per share in 2 weeks? Easy peasy. 

This is Blizz's logistics - logically screw people after selling 130€ pre-order. Instead, for a healthy company, logistics has a totally different meaning.
