Mostly it is a late game threat, so anything big will do... the Dragon tag obviously helps, and it can snowball on its own... so sensible? sure, but you will probably drop a game every other dozen or so that Ysera would carry you.

That way each week would require retooling of the popular decks or other decks would become more popular as their competitors will have their key cards banned from overuse. A week is just enough time to get some experimentation in without metamancers utterly destroying it either. Just my 2 cents. -

It's because the game is so expensive people grind meta decks for their 100 daily gold in casual.I remember when Valeera the Hollow came out I fought a Hunter that was botting and his program didn't understand what was going on when my hero became stealth. It spent its whole turn trying to swing at my face, ignoring my board, until it roped. Then during my turn I could still see it trying to swing the minions at my face (highlighting each of them in the same rhythm) and when it's turn came around again it must've broken because it just sat there until I won.I guess the painful thing to admit about that story is that it means that aggro is so powerful and so necessary to collect cards for free, that even the people who are using these strategies cannot stand to play in casual anymore because it is so full of people who are grinding just to keep up in their collections. For every 1 person playing for fun, there's 27 who will play the most brutal, most powerful, fastest deck they can to grind gold. -

so only recently with more free time i've been hitting the daily gold cap from wins.
why 100 gold. i mean i get it, at least it's 100 for a pack, but why not 150? I don't play arena but i can imagine it annoys people who want to get into arena. 100 just seems too low. I get why the cap exists but.

When your priest gets the Northshire Cleric in their starting hand and the enemy drops a low-attack minion (say Paladin's Silver Hand Recruit), how many times should you attack-and-heal your Cleric? Do you keep going until you have to react to the enemy hero's moves? On turn 2 and 3, if you have 2-3-cost minions, do you play them, or heal your Cleric? I've done it both ways and neither so far as proven detrimental, but I figure if a Cleric is on the board it should be used as much as possible, yes?
On the other side, when playing against a priest that drops a Cleric early, how long do you go without attacking it? A couple times I've tried not to hit it or even drop a minion that it could attack until I know I can one-shot it, which usually backfires because of course I didn't get the right card/s. But smacking the Cleric without killing it just helps the priest.
I've only been playing priest and paladin for a couple months now, still working out all the intricacies.

Interesting. Do you think additional elementals in the Lich Jaina decks actually make the deck less effective? Maybe a better deck would have only a few elementals (maybe of higher cost to play later) and be spell heavy?
