Name is meh, and stats are probably OP.
Next (I remembered this time!): A card to counter mechs.
Joust is such a cool mechanic, and can definitely be explored more for some really unique cards, and here's one way joust can be used in a unique way.
Next up: A race or race-synergized card that has the same Inspire and Deathrattle effect.
Token
Simple pirate cards that can get out of control, and can push for more pirate synergy decks.
EDIT: Forgot to ask again, how about a card with a lot of RNG
Next: A card that can make any deck of a specific race-based deck viable like Mimiron's Head or Gazlowe.
Tribal card? MURLOC TIME!!!
Murloc shaman is a deck that can be really good, and this card can definitely help.

A card that uses joust in a different way (other than mana cost)

This would be good for a beast synergy priest card?
I think the beast synergy part is good, but I'm not sure if it's "priest-y enough"
