PukeChicken posted a message on Wrathspine EnchanterPosted in: Wrathspine EnchanterI can't see this card having any value in standard. Most of the spells are lower cost and need to be targeted. There are very few that could be potentially beneficial unless they add two or three big spells. Where are the overload cards or discover cards? Shaman is going to be in a sad state. I guess the silver lining is that they aren't trying to push the foul smelling Murloc archetype. (All other shaman releases will be murlocs now).

Hope I am wrong but this card I think will be one of the weakest of the titans. For the most part this is a defensive card.
Look at the other known Titans. Most of those ability are offensive.
If shaman get good spells it might be worthwhile. But not holding my breath.
No one playing against shaman is going to go "I am in big trouble now1" when this card is played.
If control shaman is a going to be a thing then this card in my opinion will be better.

Its our fault really.
We should have nipped this in the bud with our wallets. But we didn't. And I am to blame as much as anybody.
Why should they try to balance things when they sell more cards by having op cards for certain classes?
They know what classes are op.And they know how to fix it.But why bother?
Again they don't care about the game...
If they thought they could sell more cards by balancing the sets they would.
I only play one class, so its not going to be hard not buying expansions anymore .
One other thing, I think i read somewhere that standard hearthstone is not the top format anymore.
If that's true, then they should consider why that is.

Going to try it out!

Also, be sure to check out his games on hsreplay they really show the power of this deck!

Great deck! Won the first three games I played with it,including a incredible come back win against a imp warlock.
Take Shamaniacs comment about UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES! to heart, this is no one trick pony deck like most shaman decks are.
Would love a mulligan guide.
Thanks for building it!

I love shudderwock and had high hopes for this deck, unfortunately there were several problems I ran into.
The first of course was the draw, all shudderwock decks suffer from this in one way or another and this is no exception.
You need primals as soon as possible and Nzoth was frequently a dead card in my hand because of not drawing the fiend before getting crushed.
I don"t mean to be hyper- critical, i appreciate you building this deck and hope you contnue to build more shudderwock decks but this is just not consistent enough for me.
Thank you for building it thou.

You may have just build it and I have only played a couple of games with it but this is my favourite standard shaman deck right now!
This is a well thought out, well built deck and its fun to play.
The fact that I won both games doesn't mean much...the first was a comeback win against DK and the second against Warrior.
But as I stated before its a lot of fun to play and not a chore which some shaman decks seem to be to me.
So thanks for building it and even if I don't win many games wit it, I will still enjoy playing it!

The problem I am having with this deck so far is, that it is absolutely essential to draw those one drops.
I have had to many games with a handful of spells and no board...I think it can be good against death knight but its the other classes I have trouble with.

I really enjoy this deck and had some impressive wins with it and its I believe , the best deck of its kind around.
However its got some problems that I wish were fixable..the first one is Primordial wave. This deck NEEDS this type of effect but it has killed me many more times then it has helped me.And that is because, for the most part when you use it the elementals themselves are a low costing minion while you face much larger ones.
The board reflects this in when your more powerful minions are killed first.
The second card, again needs to be in the deck and that is of course Astalor
My last game was against a 40 card blood night. And if I had drawn it early I could have won the game.
I managed to last till i drew my last card in the deck which of course was Astalor.
To sum it up this is a great deck. The cards you choose were exactly what this deck needs, but not beiing able to consistently draw Astalor early or wave killing you, makes it appear to be a bad deck.Which it isn't at all.Like I said I had some impressive wins!
So thank you for putting the time and effort into making this deck.

I would like to apologize for my previous comments.I had some horrific draws at first with this deck and I was making several misplays to boot.
I gave up to quickly with this deck and didn't give it the time it needed.
After trying to find another shaman deck that could deal with warlock and failing horribly, I decided to try again.
And my God! I am STEAM rolling warlocks now and couldn't be happier.I was stuck at diamond six and currently at diamond 3 and praying my next match is against a Warlock!
Again, sorry for jumping the gun with your deck and thanks for building it!
