If they release 130 op cards at once, they would first of make a lot of players who have spend money on the old packs very angry because they can't use the cards anymore. They would lose money because no one would ever buy the other packs to get those 5 missing cards, and the game would become very unbalanced which likely would destroy some of the feel.
Imo it's way better to have a good mixture, so there is something to buy the packs for, but some the old card would still be viable maybe even with new archetypes.
If the game wasn't so RNG based, we would see the same deck 100% of the time. And all match ups would have the same winner every time. I'm not a big fan of the biggest RNG cards, but some is needed in my opinion. Not for fun, but for diversity in the games, as in the match ups.
I like the RNG in brawls (the more the better), but I think they have gone a little bit overbord in constructed. Cards like Unstable Portal can win you a game by itself, and I think blizzard has gone over the line with GvG. Hopfully there won't come as many heavy RNG cards next time!
[card]Blingtron 3000[/card] can be a good card in some decks, as can [card]Edwin VanCleef[/card]. I feel the others are too slow, and you already have better replacements. I would take a look on my epic list and see if I miss some, because those might see more play than these cards

I think we would see the Spellbreaker being played if we needed any more silence

Don't like it - don't play it. Maybe you'll like the next one.
BTW I think Blizzard wants some of them to be big time RGN games
