Jucio posted a message on Winter Veil is Coming! New Card Back, Bundle Deal, Free Packs Through QuestPosted in: NewsOf course they wouldn't include the new set in this bundle, but instead all the old sets rotating out in april. They want you spending money on sets rotating out of standard soon so your standard collection will be smaller and you'll have to keep buying packs from the latest set to maintain it.

Seems like a bad deal to get, if you aren't planning to play in Wild.

Teuton posted a message on What to expect from your Rastakhan packagesPosted in: General DiscussionWith the new expansion just around the corner and soon the “how many packs do you open” threads to pop up, I thought I have a closer look at what to expect from your packs.
The goal was to determine how many cards of each rarity one would on average (and I use this term loosely, as I will explain) end up with after opening a certain number of packs on release day, how much dust one would earn, and what is missing, after all is said and done.
The “new” card distribution, introduced with Journey to Un’Goro, with 23 legendaries, 54 epics, 72 rares and 98 commons per set, has remained constant and so I figured I can just look at previous pack openings to predict (with some degree of variability) what to expect this time around.
As a reference I looked at the first 150 packs opened of the last three expansions. Since I didn’t record my results in a pack-by-pack fashion for K&C and WW I looked at Kripparian’s pack opening videos and took detailed notes, not only which cards he opened, but also in which order. The process was quite time consuming, noting all cards, comparing which ones were already opened in previous packs and such, so for now my data set includes only these last three expansions, thus the average of these is to be taken with a fairly big grain of salt. But it should be close enough to give you an idea what to expect at least.
The calculation of the dust gained is based on my personal habit of disenchanting all golden cards of which I have two regular copies. For example, if a golden copy of a card was opened first, then a regular one, then a second regular one, I would shift the golden copy over to the dust pile. I personally do this to acquire the most cards/dust, but other people might not do so, just something to keep in mind.
I made this table, so everyone can just look at the number of packs they are going to open and get an estimate for the percentage of collection completion for the respective rarity, as well as a rough estimate of spare dust (again, based on the assumption that golden cards are only kept if two regular copies have not yet been acquired). I'll also add the graphs for the pack-by-pack stats below.

% rare
% epic
% legendary

So there you have it, I hope this helps someone to decide how many packs they want to get.
Disclaimer: The data are based on the comparison of three sets, so a fairly high degree of variance is to be expected, especially when it comes to epic and legendary cards. Depending on your luck your results may vary significantly in either direction. This is just an approximation of what to expect.

i think that this card will be playable, but it is not too good, because if you use the weapone in turn 5, is a very weak turn, too slow
