Yeah, played against Amaz a few years ago. He was my legend boss. I was not sure it was the real one so I logged on twitch to see his channel, and yeah, he was playing against me. Closed it because I didn't want to snipe but, even if I did snipe if still would have lost miserably. He was playing the Kathrena Winterwisp OTK deck and I was dead at turn 8 or 9, something like that. I don't remember what I was playing though, probably a meme rogue deck or something.
Well, for most players, getting a pack containing standard cards is far more useful than getting a pack that is useful only for a mode that (I think) is not very popular.
Remember that the core set is now free for everyone, classic packs really only are for the classic mode.
Yeah, but you share that time with someone else, it's called respect. You don't arrive 1 hour late at a meeting because "it is your time and you do what you want with it".
I like playing with Deck of Lunacy because I have to make a plan on the spot to know how to win. Sometimes it's really easy depending on the cards you draft, sometimes not. I had a game where it was litterally impossible to win: My Deck of Lunacy filled my deck with control spells, against a Priest. I swear, no burst, no board presence, only Brawls and such. So yeah, it can backfire too.
But it's still fun because it's never the same game you play. That's why I love that card and I love playing burgle Rogue
Hi. I once played a lot of arena, and I was okay. I averaged 5 wins per run and I was happy with that. But it's been a long time since I played it for real and ever really just give it a try once in a while, and everytime I get wrecked. Just now, I drew a rogue deck that I thought was really good. Good curve, 3-4 weapons with weapon synergy, stealth synery, very good tempo cards... I got demolished: 0-3. That's just disheartening, I feel like I don't even know how to play the friggin game.
Can I get some help? Tips on the current meta, classes and cards to look for... Anything is appreciated really. Thanks
I'm playing against Galakrond Rogue and almost dead (8 health left). He played Kronx last turn so I'm pretty sure he'll play Galakrond (and I know he invoked four times) so I freeze him to avoid the 5 dmg. But when he plays Galakrond he unfreezes and attacks me.
I guess that Galakrond is a different character so maybe that explains it but still ... Not sure if I agree it should work like that? What do you think?
And no, that is not a salt thread, I probably would have lost anyway so I am not mad. Just think it's weird.
A druid played an Ysera, Unleashed as is last card. So, next turn, he draws all 7 portals and spawns 7 dragons. One of the first dragons spawned is Nozdormu. He proceeds to draw the next portals with all the spawning animation. Comes my turn... except it does not. Because it is over. Because the stupid animations wasted my turn over Nozdormu's timer.
I believe that shouldn't happen. I know it is not the first time that bulls**t happens with Nozdormu but that wasn't even a combo or something.
Oh, and I say I shouldn't have lost because I was playing control Shaman and still had plenty removals (including a 12+ dmg Hagatha's Scheme
Maybe it belongs in the salt thread, but still, do you think Nozdormu can be a problem in instances like these?
Played a lot of matches tonight, and of all my matches two were against OTK paladins. BOTH of them, out of desperation, used Holy Wrath with like 15 cards left in their decks. BOTH of them drew Shirvallah, killing me. That is bull****.

Actually you can but it's janky:
Play the first one.
Play the second one, first one switch to spells.
Play a third naga, second one switch to spells. They are now in sync.

A vanilla 6/3 that ate a silence or a hard removal, sounds good

Just lost a game because of Rod of Rosting (from Yogg) cast from my opponent at 13HP. I was at 30HP. Feels bad man.

It is supposed to work that way. Kael'thas does not discount the cards cost, he puts them at a flat 1 that can't be discounted.

Hi, I can't use Hearthpwn on my cell because of the publicities.
These pubs pop up after a few seconds and take me to pages telling me I won whatever.
