Any changes with the upcoming call of the wild nerf? I'm thinking arcane rather than quick shot so you can combo it on turn 10. Also quickshot is rotating out rather soon, so its good to have a replacement anyway.

Just save for another one, should take maybe 3 days, its not too hard to get.

Alright thanks man, I am going to go with a secret hunter, they only really use quick shot and that can be replaced with arcane shot once it gets phased out.

 Hey guys, I need some help. I don't have a ton of time to play hearthstone and I don't want to spend money on it. Therefore I want any deck I make to last as long as possible in standard. Do you guys think there is any possible replacements for totem golem, tuskarr totemic, jewled scarab, brann, and argent from standard classic karizhan or old gods. Thanks!

Isn't that how the world works? If people think expensive hourly coaching for a f2p digital card game is an absurd idea, they won't buy it.

Using Majordomo Executus is asking to get yourself killed, it is by far one of the worst legendaries in the game and probably the worst possible replacement for Ragnaros the Firelord you can find. I would suggest running anything else instead of that. A cheaper option is potentially using a second Call of the Wild. In general Ragnaros the Firelord is hard to replace in this deck, especially as one of the points is trying to use Barnes to pull him out early, if you can craft him I would highly recommend that, if not another solid tempo-control legendary could possibly be suitable, but really since Ragnaros the Firelord is so essential to the deck, as both late-game control and as a finisher, I would suggest finding a different deck until you can craft him.

Why would you ever run violet illusionist in priest? They have no weapons or self damaging spells.

Yes but Kacpero0 is right though, running dupes in a Reno deck is like calling the Feminist Argument Hotline. You're just signing up for hours of frustration and aggravation.
