well, i never said rogue will not be viable because of the nerfs. what i said is ruining cards (preparation in this case) for no reason (for wild mode) is just disrespectful from blizzard to the wild players. i suggest you to try to understand what you read before you comment, you are missing the point.
Hello everyone, so as you all know the nerfs just dropped in. I only play wild mode, i find standard's restrictions to be too boring to play. I don't know how op preparation is in standard but it definitely is not in wild! I am sorry but if blizzard does not care about wild players and nerf cards into oblivion (prep in wild is now unplayable) for no reason (for the wild mode) then we players might just not care about this game. This is just disrespectful! We have problems like barnes and big priest but no, just nerf preparation because it is too powerful for standard. Why you didn't just hof it already, if it is too powerful for standard. Show some respect for the wild mode, if they are DIFFERENT game modes, then approach them DIFFERENTLY. Make the nerfs different or whatever, make preparation in wild the same as pre-nerf.
I agree with you, other than big priest barnes is completely fine in every other deck. The problem is clearly the resurrect mechanic, what they should do is add a graveyard mechanic, when a minion dies it goes to graveyard and can only be resurrected once, removing it from the graveyard. so that summoning 2 rags in turn 5 bs would not be allowed, and this mechanic will also reduce the power of vargoth in big priests.
After the last rotation, we have come to a state of game that wild and standard are completely different game modes. Before the rotation, because most of the wild cards were Ungoro, Frozenthrone and Kobolds, we didn't notice that much difference when it comes to the nerfs. But i fear with the upcoming nerfs for standard, it will harm wild in a bad way.
I only play wild. I find standards restriction too boring to play. But because of the power level of standard is so low compared to wild, nerfs will just make wild a worse game mode than it is currently.
I don't know how op those cards that i stated in standard, but PreparationDr. Boom, Mad Genius are cards that are definitely not op in wild. Unfortunately if wild and standard modes don't get different treating when it comes to the nerfs, i might just quit the game. Your thoughts?
A possible addition might be old murk-eye but i don't have him and don't want to spend 1600 dust for it. Also quest is bad for this deck as you need that turn 1 murloc play, also it holds a space for the mulligan which can be crucial. Devolve is a must against big priest as well. A hex can be added as there are many big priests in the meta atm.
The worst matchup is odd paladin. There is really little chance against it as they can flood the board much easir than you. 2 good devolves might be the only way that you can with against odd paladin.

Hello everyone, just wanted to know what everyone's favourite cards in the game are. I'll start.
Devolve Counters some silly deathrattle decks and big priests.
Treachery Just allows so many fun combos.
Ice Block Best secret ever, allowed so many comebacks.
C'Thun That cthun build up was just fun in itself, especially cthun roge where you can go crazy with Shadowcaster and Blade of C'Thun
Weasel Tunneler I personally think that this is the best designed card in the game - no joke -, the weasel priest deck is pretty competitive as well.
Valeera the Hollow My personal favourite of all the DK's, this was just the perfect fit for rogue, and was perfectly balanced.
Skull of the Man'ari My favourite archetype's -cubelock- main driving force
Kobold Illusionist The most underrated card in the game in my opinion, very powerful and fun card, and the best voice line i think

well standard meta is always boring

preparation to 1 mana means the end of rogue class in wild format, so no thanks.

There are talks of nerfing cards like Preparation EVIL Miscreant Omega Devastator Dr. Boom, Mad Genius Brawl and so on...
