If you have Edvin I advise crafting Sherazin because Miracle is a relatively cheap deck and it brings a lot of fun. Aggro Paladin needs a lot of epics, Finja, Tarim and Tirion so it depends on your collection. Lyra is fun if you have Shadow Visions.
Why do I ever want to play it? Simply vanilla 4/4 with a very small chance to get charge. Maybe it will be more consistant in arena but the effect is not worth playing. Much worse Druid of the Claw.
It is worse Kvaldir Raider - at 7 mana you have 6/6 Kvaldir with the effect of your Hero Power and with that new legendary you have 6/7 at 8 mana without Hero Power effect. It is also a lot easier for Kvaldir to trigger its buff.

It doesn’t have to define a new Dragon Priest deck, but it can fit wonderful as a tweak to Razakus - an awesome AoE with a bunch of dragons.

I see it in Rogue.

Huge nerf to all RNG effects based on 6 mana cost.

Injured Blademaster's 4 attack makes a huge difference.

I like it in Murloc Shaman. Can be nice deck.

Will replace tiger in Rogue. Maybe it will have some twist on aggro?

Pretty balanced statline when you look for instance at Malorne. Adjacent minions lose stealth only when Enchanted Panther is silenced or killed.
