an 8 mana 5/9 deathrattle sumon 2 spiders is quite bad and a 10 mana 5/12 charge is not really worth it

2 things: 

1- Jaraxxus sets your health to 15 wich is usually a heal making him a much better way to survive than +5 armor

2- we still need to see the hero power this card gives before to judge it, it could be something amazzing as a 6/6, or just trash like "summon a 3/6 elemental"

this is a straight control card, it has no chance to make it on a tempo deck

Giving the Horsemen Divine Shield is a good way to increase chances of them surviving, which synergises with other cards.

I wonder how it looks like with Fandral Staghelm.
