Yep, playing against these broken ass Questlines is by far the worst experience(since Baku/Genn) in HS for me. I don't mind losing, but seeing the exact same shit every game is just boring as fuck.
Completely agreed that the Queslines (especially Hunter, Mage, Warlock, and Warrior) have ruined it. You see the exact same cards played game after game and I am truly beyond sick of them.
Blightborn Tamsin should read "For the rest of the game, damage you take from your cards damages your opponent instead." because dealing your own fatigue damage to your opponent is just dumb and a bit too much.
Maybe this shoulda been a question for launch of Ashes of Outland, but one day I looked at the list of classes in Hearthstone and it just popped up - Why add Demon Hunter but not Monk / Death Knight?
Btw I really do not like how it became 10 classes with 9 slots per page. Anyone feel the same?
The game now has so many different modes and ways to play but the quests are still mostly for PvP only. Why not change it so that players can complete them playing whatever they like? I am pretty sure doing so wouldn't harm anyone. Thoughts?
The worst quest card ever; not only Rogue as a class has nothing to do with stats being 4/4 or 5/5 but also the effect is uninnovative and thus boring to say the least.

That does sound plausible.

What am I confused about?
From Set UNKNOWN - Unlocked at level X

What is going on?

The literal hallmark of the Huntard archetype.

So you think players would stop participating in PvP if PvE was also allowed for the majority of quests?

Just change the card text to "Battlecry : The next card you draw costs life instead of mana.". Problem solved.
