Your first example should not happen according to the rules of interaction between avenge and deathrattles, if you’re sure it did then that is a bug.
For landslide the card text says something along the lines of “deal x damage, if you’re overloaded deal x damage again”. This implies that there are two separate instances of damage and avenge triggers WHEN a minion dies, which makes this behavior consistent with being in between the two instances.
The frenzy/reckoning scenario is definitely a bit confusing since both effects are stated to occur after something happens. Though I find it consistent with a lot of other effects to assume that a minion attacking another minion deals its’ damage before it takes damage from the target which would explain this interaction.
