Well, I had 2 runs with this deck, so I went 9-3 and 4-3. Lost 4 times to mages (mostly secret), shaman(aggro) and warlock(control, locks can regain almost 20 health in 1 turn). Priest, pal or hunter are easiy win. Voted up this deck, of course it's not 12-win deck, but still cheaper(for me, and I think for most) than mage decks.
Keep in mind, that it doesn't always heal you for full health, I mean, most of the times it won't. As BruceSaidit mentioned, it is really dynamic in its nature. If we think of some aggressive classes - like Rogue or Hunter, we can note that weapons are one of their tools to pass through taunt or board control. That said, their health is also decreasing . You mention that control classes will be "immortal", but again think of ZooLock. That archetype damages his face too, and when reaching lethal turn their health is also not 30. So, saying this is just like Reno without any disadvantages is not true. When designing, I thought about giving last hope, last chance to survive for some midrange classes. Controls are the ones who counter aggressive decks, even without this card they do it pretty easily. Essentialy, this card is like one or two more turns to swing, to change pace of the game.
Choice is really tough one. As we know Arena now has more TAUNT cards, so Black Knight is also a good option to go with. It's either Knight or Sylva for me. Onyxia may be too slow play.
As we all know, match-making in arena depends on your score at any moment. So, is it worth losing first game in arena, hoping to get opponents with weaker decks? Or it doesn't work in that way? I mean, there are times when you draft pretty close to perfect decks (as you think) and you start playing the arena; 1 game - win, 2 - win, 3 - win...and then match-making algorithms put you against opponents who also have great cards. You're starting to lose (badluck or skilled opponents) and eventually you final score is somewhat like 5-3. Is it feasable to avoid those "going 12-win" opponents by purposely losing first game.

I won't recommend HearthArena, too much synergy thing going there, ruins your deck. I would suggest DeckTracker's Arena Helper. Perfect for me so far.
Yeah, sure, watch good arena players and follow their moves. For instance, Shaddybunny explain every single step he makes.

So They just buffed arena rewards with extra packs (no gold trade-offs). Seems like heaven.

what's the point of republishing the same agrroshaman's decks?

If you gained all these cards for free.

2881 dust. how is it possible?

Brann was played in Zoolock to make value out of Enhance-o Mechano. What do you think about adding him to this deck instead of one Loot Hoarder?
