Way more than I ever intended to , but I probably spent even more on Pokémon and mtg back in the day. The way I validate it is the same as when I played wow. Generally speaking a new console game is 60$. An each month the new next big thing comes out. So instead of spending 60, 120, 180$ on 3 games or whatever and . Finishing them within 3 months and never touching them again and they sit collecting dust ( won't trade to gamestop ) Where as when I played wow it was 15$ a month and there was always something to do , always someone in my guild to help me or who I could help on return. I felt like I got more for my money. Same is said for hearthstone. No matter if I spent 0$ or 20$ a month , I have fun in nostalgic way that I can't replicate , and being as I have 2 kids now there's no time for wow or Anything similar. My 3 yr constantly has me show her cards , specifically dinosaurs and even swipes the screen for me. SO there's that. Sorry for the long post.
That's a really nice story.
I've spent $0 on my 3 accounts but I always think it's best to spend whatever is right for you whether $0 or $10,000.
Yes I noticed the silly £44.99 v $49.99 pre purchase.
I've spent £0 on this game and think it's part of the fun to save up in game gold to buy things. I wouldn't break my f2p status but that's not to imply somehow this is superior to anyone else whether they spend $0 or $2000+
As I write this not all cards of this expac have been revealed, but I don' think it's premature to say priest looks like it will be too strong.
My first class was priest. I love priest. I've wanted priest to be viable if not top tier since standard was introduced and we lost the cards that made priest playable.
But I don't want a priest so strong that almost everyone has to play it and it will be nerfed into oblivion in 4 months and won't get anything good in the next 2+ years.
Perhaps I'm drawing conclusions too early. Priest does need a good 2 drop. But this seems, um, crazy in the context of the other cards - at least it's not a dragon lol :P
Its spawned tokens can spawn themselves though I guess.

For Sindragosa I'd recommend Dragon Priest.
Scaled Nightmare + Cobalt Scalebane on the board for a few turns will OTK.
Don't bother with Dragonfire potion, but use deaths/pains etc.
Inner fire stuff will work also.

I don't understand the 2 packs max limit.
1 for picking a country.
1 for advancing to final.
Nothing extra if they win the championship?
