Thanks a Million Billion Mega-Gazillion Trillion Times!
Thanks to your build I was finally able to achieve "the Legend" rank and I must say that I tried many different builds, but couldn't get over the dia1 rank... UNTIL NOW! (8 victories out of 9 games, I lost only against warrior and even that game was very close) Your deck is definitely worth it.

In my eyes, the biggest draw towards shaman is not even the quest per se, it's how incredibly powerful Devolve, Plague of Murlocs and Hex are in the current meta.

Yes, if I know my opponent is aggro, I would mulligan quest away. I only do it against rogue as a class because all the others can be non-aggro as well, but, to be honest, I am not 100% sure (for example, if 80% of your shaman opponents are fast even shaman or murlocs, it might be worth it to mulligan it there as well).

Hello, everyone,
I am a Hearthstone player since Naxx, and would like to share the kind of goals I set for myself to keep the game interesting and engaging. Since there are no achievements in-game, I have more-or-less set up my own set of targets.
I will be keeping this first post updated with progress, and sharing my discoveries and challenges along the way. All feedback is welcome!
My goals: Get legend in standard and wild with each class (DONE!!), get all classes golden, get 12 wins in arena with all classes (I only count them if I recorded them in Heartharena, I also got Shaman in the past but have decided to exclude them), collect all cards in the game, beat all PvE content in HC (including LK with all classes), beat dungeon run with all classes.
Achievement table:
Heroic Dalaran number of wings cleared (out of 5):
Druid: 1, Hunter: 3, Mage: 2,Paladin: 0, Priest: 5 , Rogue: 1, Shaman: 3, Warlock: 0, Warrior: 0

Beezle, getting legend (specially the first time) is a big time commitment. It somehow gets easier, I have now been able to achieve double legend (i.e. legend in Standard and wild on the same month) a couple times on less effort that it took me at the beginning to get legend. Something I noticed is it really helps to go slightly behind the "elite" curve when climbing, i.e., do not start climbing until the 8th of the month or so and it becomes a real breeze to make it to rank 5.

I found the front end of the card too low impact. Also, i don't think it is necessary to go 100% fatigue, it's enough to be slightly fatiguer than the other guy.

I play a nzoth/fatigue version without forgotten torch, agree with rest of the core

This is my view, what I think is an optimal list:

I'm now rank 6 legend in EU with this deck, with Blastcrystal Potion over Loatheb. This season, I climbed to top 20 legend with Reno Mage (see decklist here: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/724270-top-20-wild-legend-nzoth-reno-mage), and it felt like a huge accomplishment. After some experimentation with Pirate Hunter brought me down to 150, I picked up Reno Lock and casually climbed to rank 6 legend in what felt pretty effortless.
Control is right, this deck is absolutely God tier.

Only decks surviving close to their current form are pirate warrior (scary), miracle rogue (scary), and freeze mage (not so scary).
Cthun decks and jade decks will have most of their core survive, as will secret hunter, but they all lose important support cards.
Interesting times for sure, change is what keeps games like this alive.

Do you really beat priest mind blast? Their hero power counteracts yours, all they need to do is wait for fatigue
