I just beat a pirate warrior with a perfect curve without a problem and can consistently play the combo turn ~9 and until then i have removal and healing for days. The strongest deck i've played so far
Mage did never drop the quest. Out of 10 games against mage, 9 are Quest. Same with Warlock. These Quests will keep Priest in Check after expansion drops
tbh I have positive winrate against quest pirate warrior with taunt druid, about 60% maybe. From D5 to legend I almost only played them and quest mages and against warriors I almost had no loss. More after legend but yes, with a slower deck pirates can be a trouble.
Taunt Druid counters Pirate Warrior, so no wonder you have a positive winrate...
I thought the same about Raise Dead, but in the end i have to say, that it works very well after turn 6. With all the aggro Warriors atm, it wouldn't be a mistake, to swap them out for Holy Smite. It's just terrible, if you can't clear Defias Cannoneer on 3
Did it first try, with Xyr/Sam/Cariel start, let 2 die and when his board was full, i put Diablo, but Rend survived with 170 health or so. Next turn i put Apokalypse on Rend and killed him with Samuro (He survived the 200 Damage with A3). Glad i'm through with this.
Raw Damage Output. I did it with Xyr/Sam/x, first killed the blue one to buff Samuro, then went on to him. Beast will work to, if you pick all the buffs you can get. Blues didn't work for me, because the 10 damage reduction goes from the original damage, not the total damage. Xyrellas Binding Luminance does 8 Damage to him and that's just too low to kill him in time

i just had a game with the combo on turn 8, without the weapon or backfire. the only games i lose is when i have a mirror match. that's it

From Diamond 9 to 5 with 7 wins in a row. Shard of the Naaru was MVP against all those Paladins and Taunt Druids

if i remember correctly, you can get a max of 400 XP per hour. Exactly what you get, when you do the method described in the op
