    Well that happned...

    Certainly a more productive topic would be asking for help on how to play a deck or Hearthstone in general better. Instead we get conspiracy theories about how Blizzard gives streamers better luck when in all actuality watching a good streamer that explains their thought process and moves would help a ton. But hey, it's your life.

    It sounds like all the people wanting Patron Warrior to be nerfed are all playing one kind of deck, don't want to adapt, and just lets the opponent do whatever they want for 8 turns and then get wrecked. In which case, you asked for it. Force them to use their combo cards when it's not efficient for them to do so and save some aoe. When you let them dictate the game, you will lose. Just because Day9 can't figure it out, doesn't mean nobody can.  

    As others have said, it is not that strong as of late and I see it a lot less on the ladder. Even before then, I never had much of an issue with it except when it first appeared and I didn't know how to play against it. 

    I would be ok with a nerf, but not based on what I see here on the forums. The only ones providing reasonable arguments are those that don't really support a nerf. The others just sound like salty children who can only play one deck and get angered when it doesn't work against everything when the game is intentionally designed to not allow that. The comments always lack substance and are purely visceral. There seems to be no thought process of how could I deal with this deck better. Instead it all this is bad, Blizzard is bad, the game should be designed around how I play, etc. It's the same with all the Dr. Boom stuff too.

    The game would be extremely boring if so-called RNG cards were nerfed how you suggested. Everyone would be playing basic common minions and there would be no incentive to play anything else lol. The point is being missed as to why card games like this are the way they are. I understand not liking when things don't go your way, but that is the nature of a card game and what keeps people coming back to it.  

    Any time in which you can choose which minion Sylvanas controls would make her extremely overpowered. The randomness of her deathrattle is what balances her.

    Also balanced, because it evens out. that's what balance means! You understand.

    What if every card cost +10 or -10 at random? Still balanced. Balanced means as long as it averages out to fair, then it's fun. Yep.

    So maybe you can just turn1 varyan this game and all your opponent has is a 10 mana polymorph. BALANCED because maybe one game you get to do the 0 mana varyan!

    Lol it's a card game and thus RNG is built into it at its very core. What the OP is complaining about is called variance and it happens in every card game. It actually makes the game more interesting and fun than not. Getting that salty over a little variance is just sad.
