Win or lose, I only ever play a few games at a time due to exactly this. Even if I'm on a win streak, I still get anxiety, so when that starts bubbling up I gotta walk away from the game for a while.
So this new hero, Galewing - do you think this hero power continues to go dormant and reawaken throughout the match? Or is it a one-time thing? I feel like if it just awakens once and activates, it's... not good at all.
Nice list! It looks a lot different than what I'm trying to do though. Your deck is more mid-range / late-game focused with the deathrattle package. This deck I'm trying is heavier on the aggro / early game. It kind of plays like a Hunter deck, where if I don't win quickly enough, I know it's not going to win. I'm hoping the Shadow Priest package coming with the next expansion (hopefully?) will improve what this deck can do.
As for the bad Rally hits - I've actually taken Serena out since I posted this here. I also know the Dungeoneers are bad for Rally, but I've found them to be vital simply for the card draw. Then again, I could swap them out for Loot Hoarders, I suppose.
Fully agree on Apotheosis... it feels useless to play now. I may modify the list and swap them for Renews. Currently, though, I haven't been playing this deck much because I'm waiting to see what the next expansion brings to hopefully solidify this idea!
Honestly after toying with it, I think this deck is probably too greedy and doesn't end the game fast enough.
I fully agree - that's always the problem I face when I'm playing it. That's why I wanna just put it aside and focus more on what kind of Shadow Priest deck I can make instead.

If this is the worst incarnation of shaman you’ve ever faced then you clearly weren’t around during tunnel trogg or powermace/whirling zippomatic…
Oh my sweet summer child, green as the warm grass you were just delivered on.
^ this. i don't miss those days at all.
but that aside, i will agree with OP that elemental/doom shaman is super not fun to play against. which is made worse by the fact that i feel like every other deck on ladder is this deck. this current meta feels like the worst single-player game i've ever had, where it's always just playing against the same three decks over and over. i honestly cannot wait for this next expansion.
As some people have pointed to, the mechanic fully depends on the cards that have it. I think it's actually quite great, especially for tech cards (like Rustrot Viper). And for once, I believe this might be a mechanic that will resurface in future expansions, because it's a great idea for the game.
This deck kinda looks like tempo priest, but meeting stone is anti tempo... maybe it could use a couple tweaks.
I'd probably take out the dungeoneers, since they aren't guaranteed to reduce the spell cost (and they are worse 3 drops from Rally), or take out the shadow spells for holy smites and another luminance.
Also Kargal feels like it will rarely get a lot of value and is a bit clunky, maybe cut him as well.
Not a priest main here, so I can't say for sure how best to shake this one out, but it looks like fun. Just my two cents. :)
Kargal is definitely clunky in this deck - at times, though, it's provided a very pivotal win condition. But I do absolutely agree that I could experiment with what the deck looks like without him. Also agreed on the Dungeoneers! I think, based on Wizzlewix's comment also, that I'll swap them out for a Darkmoon Statue and another Scorpid. I initially thought the Dungeoneers would be great just for some card draw, but they are, as you said, terrible targets for Rally.

gnohomo.
jokes aside though, that's funny.
edit: for clarification: do you mean finish it for them or finish it/take it for yourself?

I would like to adopt Cute'Thun. That is all.

I feel like you're not paying attention to the full quest line, because they do way more than just that first effect.

The path is clear for the worthy!

Ahh I see. Well in that case, that's pretty cool. Seems like a fun hero to use!

Looks really fun! Definitely would like to try this out myself.

I'm really not a fan of that deck, I don't find it fun or entertaining to play.

There's also an awkward typo ("roome"? tf) that I'm sure people who get paid good money to do copywriting would not let slide.
